I have been subscribing to the blogs of Carla Fox for a long time.  Her latest, found at https://thecarlafoxblog.blogspot.com/2022/09/september-launch.html , made my day, for what she describes validates our Angel-Light Team/Collective work (as have many of Carla’s blogs).

Here is an excerpt from Carla’s blog article, reporting on a shamanic-type journey she took recently: “I found myself in an area with people sitting in front of various control panels.  This large disk like platform was covered with a glass dome, so that the people around the perimeter and in front of the panels could see out in front of them while they were working. I was then asked “what do you need?”    As this place reminded me also of a medical clinic, I asked for some help with a bit of low back and hip discomfort.  I was laid down on a type of massage table, and saw that there were threads coming out from those body parts that were attaching me to other people.  As those people tugged on those threads, I could feel my lower torso moving back and forth. The people in that space then proceeded to remove those connectors so that my lower back and hips would be free from interference from others.  At that point it was time to return from my journey.”    [Note: You’ll want to read the rest of the article. For many years, I have been writing and telling others about how carrying other people’s energy, stuff, baggage can be detrimental to one’s wellbeing and facilitating the removal of the cords, hooks, and other energy connections (and energy/etheric merges) that are not aligned with the person’s wellbeing.  What many people do not realize is that they can do this disconnecting described (and unmerging as well) for their own selves.

I really prefer to analyze/diagnose and guide/teach people to release--not doing it all for them. (Hint:  It begins by setting intent, speaking the words sequentially.)  

Actually, some issues uncovered are par for the course--basics.  No analysis is needed to find those issues because they exist for us all by virtue of living as humans. Maintenance is the key, as is done on automobiles to keep them in good working order. For that matter, same goes for our bodies. If we do not give our bodies what they need, they will deteriorate sooner rather than later.  Not all human bodies have the same needs. Any person who self-educates by reading and listening knows that.

Occasionally, I come across people who are eager to do it for themselves.  It has happened a couple times this year. Practice makes perfect. Putting details in blogs is not something to do because every person is different. What works well for one person may be of no use for someone else. Guidance specifically for an individual works best and is preferable, although going to classes is a good start. Helps people get comfortable with their nonphysical maintenance.

Many times, as the old saying goes, “God helps those who help themselves.”

Something I read a week or so ago led to my wondering if I had cleared all my body’s ancestral trauma. It then occurred to me that it is important trauma be neutralized first.  We don’t have to heal it, just neutralize it. Words and their meanings/definitions are important. Just changing or adding or deleting one word can result in a different or incomplete outcome.  

A human body’s DNA can be and usually is altered by what is experienced during a particular lifetime, and descendant bodies are, thus, affected by what their ancestors experienced. DNA has been an area of interest of mine for many years, and I’ve learned a lot while, at the same time, knowing I will never be able to learn and understand everything of interest.

So, I initiated the neutralizing, releasing, and clearing of my body’s ancestral trauma with eyes closed and in a light meditative state.  The surname Kirkland came into my mind, and I’ll admit to being shocked, for I didn’t expect to receive any details.  Obviously, the Kirkland family had the most important trauma that is negatively impacting this life.  I immediately began searching for more information, wondering how many generations back that trauma occurred in my ancestral line, because there are no Kirklands in recent generations that I know.  I was shown an image on my mind screen of two unreadable tombstones with Kirkland superimposed above them.  There was confusion on my part, and then I saw a photograph of two old people advanced in age on my mind screen. Then I remembered. that my person had seen those well-worn tombstones in the 1970s, located near an older rural home in Alabama or Tennessee or Mississippi, and taken photos of them.  I forget how many generations back that goes, but I seem to recall death dates in the early 1800s—either faded on the tombstones or provided in official records or both.

That was enough for one sitting!  I’ll explore some more another time.

Back in the 1980s, I went to a psychic fair.  As I was walking around the room, a reader said to me: “You look like you’ve lost three hundred pounds!”  Three hundred?  I didn’t have that much weight to lose? There had been a change, however. That reader had moved away from Dallas for a few years. During that time, my body had experienced a so-called “walk-in,” then a couple years of two souls embodied (body sharing), and then the “walk-in” resuming guardianship of the body after the other soul “walking out.” She had asked for a new soul to move in so she could leave what was an unhappy life. (There are several other labels used for what is described here, but walk-in is the most common. Would take a chapter in a book to go into detail about this type of thing.)

During the time of body sharing, the first soul began fading out while the walk-in soul gently began assuming guardianship of the body.  The body had been mostly vegetarian before the walk-in arrived; a vegetarian lifestyle was natural for the walk-in soul. A divorce was necessary from the man who said, “You’re not the woman I married!”  And then there began the transition to living the mission of the walk-in soul (one of higher vibration than the walk-out, but not extremely so, or the switch-out would not have been possible).

There’s a common expression in the USA that goes, “She eats like a horse!” For those who don’t know, that means she eats a lot.  Began eating much more food (vegetarian), but the excess weight began to disappear from the body.  But three hundred pounds?  Not!  Just about 40 pounds were released in a short period of time. What the psychic reader who had returned to Dallas saw was a release and clearing of heavy energy, commonly called psychic weight.

Have you ever noticed feeling heavy all of a sudden?  Or, have you ever noticed that your body looks as if 50 pounds were added overnight?  Take a slow deep breath and let it out.  Then speak the word thusly, "I Am [your name], and  I decree and declare I AM releasing and clearing what is NOT MINE to carry or to heal--NOW."  Then take another slow deep breath, while raising your arms up on inhale and swinging them down on the exhale. You may or may not sense a shift or change immediately. On the other hand, you may notice it hours later.  This morning before bathing, I caught a glimpse of my naked body in the full-body mirror and said to myself, "Looks like at least 50 pounds have been added overnight!"  After bathing, I asked and was given I was carrying about 300 lbs. of what is not mine to carry or to heal and did this procedure that has benefited me many, many times.  

When people are dieting and exercising but still can’t seem to release excess weight, OR when only a small measure of success is achieved, it’s a good idea to address the issue of psychic weight. Psychic weight not only means other people’s energy (“what is not mine to carry or to heal”), it can also be one’s own baggage. In the latter case, inner healing (and there are many different types) can make a major difference.   

One of the reason so many psychics and metaphysical healers put on extra physical weight during years of serving is the matter of energy contamination with the stuff of other people.
