Recently, I've realized I haven't been consciously and intentionally grounding aka earthing myself as in times past.  So, I've started doing so--barefoot on the ground.  (No rubber shoe soles or anything else is to be between self and the earth when grounding in this way.)  What I noticed the first time  this week was that I felt a rush of high-vibration energy immediately and felt lighter and brighter.  So, this morning, Spirit/Higher Self/Guardian Angel (call it what you wish) placed a thought in mind: "Ground." Off my seat and on my feet and out the door!  Yes, there was that rush of high-vibe energy again.  With both feet flat on the ground, I took a deep breath and then affirmed aloud:  "I Am grounding my body to the earth." That was enough. However, when no one is around, I raise my arms up beside my head and sling them down  (not too strongly, and not too softly either, but just right) after the affirmation. You see, when one is grounded to the earth sufficiently (and I'm 85% after today's grounding), one can better serve as a conduit for the higher vibrations.  Who wouldn't want that?

Sometimes, after writing someone to make a suggestion in regards to an issue he or she has reported, it occurs to include that suggestion in an article for the Angel-Light Beaner for the benefit of others. It has happened many times over the eighteen or so years of the Beamer's existence.  

Some of us (and I include myself here) are more sensitive and prone to picking up other people's energy, etc.  That is not implying it's bad stuff. It's just not our own stuff.   So, when we have an issue or a pain or a new food desire, or a change, it can be beneficial to ask: “Is this _____ mine or someone else's?”  I like to do this while standing because my body gently moves forward (internally and/or outwardly) for "yes" or backward for "no."  Sometimes it’s a combination. 

Also, it is helpful to speak the word once a week or at least once a month:  "I Am [name], and I Am releasing and clearing what is not mine to carry or to heal, and sending it to its rightful place in creation--right now."  I substitute something else for "rightful place in creation" when appropriate, such as "a secure holy healing place" or “the wasteland for processing.”  When something is released and cleared from one’s body, replacing it with something wanted is a good thing, adding it to the affirmation/spoken word.  I like “Healing Love-Light Energy,” but don’t need to speak it because it’s already programmed into my consciousness.

Most times, it’s not necessary to know how much of other people’s stuff one is carrying. However, it can be useful and explain a lot about what has been going on—health issues or whatever.  For measuring purposes, I use a scale of 1-100.  The answer can show up on my mind screen or I sense it internally or even have a thought.  Sometimes I use a dowser to measure.  Whatever works whenever, wherever.
