1985) recently on Facebook: “It is estimated that more than 70% of all disease
is caused by suppressed emotion. Regret, sorrow and remorse tear down the cells
of the body. Thoughts of hate generate a deadly poison in the body, which can
kill if not neutralized by Love. All disease comes from violation of the Law of
Love. Resentment and anger act as boomerangs producing sickness and sorrow.
Love is an awakener. Psychologists have found that people who know how to
express Love are healthier; they tend to get sick less and recover more quickly.
In ancient times when there were no
doctors and non-medical methods had to be used, the spoken word often healed.
The priest-physicians knew about the dynamics of sound and realized that every
spoken word had tremendous power. By certain arrangements of words, such as
healing affirmations, a tremendous vibratory force could be set upon in the
invisible which profoundly affected the physical body of man. The priests knew
that through persistent healing chants, they stimulated the mind powers located
in the nerve centers of the body, deliberately activating and releasing
increased energy into the body. And, healing was the natural result.”
Catherine Ponder wasn’t the first to write about the power
of the spoken word in modern times, and she won’t be the last. I’m familiar with some of the books on the
subject and know from personal experience that the spoken word can heal. Readers find affirmations and decrees
discussed and described often in the articles on the ♥Angel-Light
Beamer♥ site, and we also have them in many handout
documents we share with ministry supporters.
We’ve also written about instructing the body to heal itself.
It doesn’t take a “magician” to heal with the power of the
spoken word. It is important to know
yourself well, and make your subpersonalities and your body your friends so that
you can instruct and ask for specific issues to be addressed, as well as
discern when your body and/or subpersonalities are asking for needs to be met. And a top priority is establishing a clear
and optimal Divine connection (via High Self, Oversoul, Source Self) and maintaining
it.
Obviously, all healing isn’t as simple as implied here, but
this information will greatly facilitate the wellbeing of those who read it,
study the topic via various sources, and apply it.
