When experiencing the worst of the "stroke" and "heart attack" symptoms (each one over several days) in the second quarter of this year, I had remote sessions with two different out-of-state healing facilitators--one via phone link with a newbie who had just begun facilitating within the previous 6-12 months.  This one seemed to be way off with what he/she was reporting and saying about me, and it was more like he/she was describing my next-door neighbor in this apartment building (although the session was about 35% beneficial).  So, my Soul Self, which had been mostly “upstairs during the session,” descended more into this body-mind unit and told the facilitator that he/she was not describing me and reasons why.  I knew it was my Soul Self (actually a higher-vibration aspect of my Multidimensional Soul Self, whom I refer to as my Angel Self) because of her appearance and the feel of her essence, and I feel more whole with her presence—more my True Self. 

I first identified this aspect of my Soul Self by appearance about 1990 when I had my first healing session with a facilitator visiting North Central Texas to teach groups and to facilitate wellbeing for individuals. The session was gifted by a supporter who also had one.  The facilitator was well know from his books and trainings in the USA and other locations around the world.  He and his Team guided me into viewing my True Self/Soul Self, as he did with others who had the sessions. It was a beautiful experience.  I have so much love in my heart when more of the essence of my Soul Self/True Self is embodied.  When I Am being mostly human (when a large portion of Soul essence is out of body and working elsewhere), there is not as much love. Some readers will be already aware that other aspects of the Multidimensional Soul Selves can and do descend into and ascend out of our physical vessels. This may be new information to other readers.

Since beginning to meditate and explore 35+ years ago, I’ve learned more than I can remember.  And I don’t recall reading/hearing the individual Higher Self referred to as plural Higher Selves until this year. I just hadn’t thought of the higher-vibrational expressions/aspects of my Multidimensional Soul Self in that way, but it does make total sense to refer to those aspects as Higher Selves.

Affirming aloud, “I Am Angel-Light. I Am Soul. I Am Light Divine. I Am The I Am That I Am” seems to bring my True Self/Soul Self more into the body.  Adding these words to that affirmation is even better: “. . . I Am attuning to, aligning with, and merging with my Higher Self—throughout my totality—now.”  (If preferred, “selves” can be substituted for “self,” although in this affirmation, it doesn’t seem to be necessary.)

The purpose of this article is to facilitate the awakening of people who may be uninformed and in denial about covert weaponry and operations.

The Associated Press recently published an article from Washington, D.C. titled, “Americans serving in Cuba suffer brain injuries.”  I clipped it from The Dallas Morning News, but had seen the information several times previously in articles in the DMN and elsewhere.  Here it is in its totality:  “American diplomats who served in Cuba have been diagnosed with mild traumatic brain injury following mysterious, unexplained attacks on their health, the union that represents U.S. diplomats said Friday, in the most detailed account to date of the growing list of symptoms.  In addition to mild TBI—commonly called a concussion, permanent hearing loss has been diagnosed among the 10 diplomats who have met with or spoken to the American Foreign Service Association.  The union did not say how many of the 10 had been given either diagnosis, but said other symptoms had included brain swelling, severe headaches, loss of balance, and ‘cognitive disruption’.  What transpired in Havana in late 2016 and early 2017 has remained an elusive mystery as U.S. investigators continue looking for a device or other possible cause for what the State Department has described as attacks on diplomats’ health. Early indications from U.S. officials had pointed to a possible covert sonic device [emphasis added], although investigators have not said such a device has been found.  The State Department has said it still can’t conclude who was responsible for the attacks.”

Here’s how www.wikipedia.org describes such weapons:  “Sonic and ultrasonic weapons (USW) are weapons of various types that use sound to injure, incapacitate, or kill an opponent. Some sonic weapons are currently in limited use or in research and development by military and police forces. Others exist only in the realm of science fiction. Some of these weapons have been described as sonic bullets, sonic grenades, sonic mines, or sonic cannons. Some make a focused beam of sound or ultrasound; some make an area field of sound.” And, “Extremely high-power sound waves can disrupt or destroy the eardrums of a target and cause severe pain or disorientation. This is usually sufficient to incapacitate a person. Less powerful sound waves can cause humans to experience nausea or discomfort. The use of these frequencies to incapacitate persons has occurred both in counter-terrorist and crowd control settings.”  I chose to excerpt from the “sonic and ultrasonic weapons” information, despite there being other articles available via internet searches because Wikipedia info is usually well organized and without a lot of extraneous information and easy to read. There are also radionics machines and psychotronic devices that can be and are used to help and to harm. Here’s some of what www.wikipedia.org informs us: Radionics is an alternative medicine that claims disease can be diagnosed and treated with a kind of energy similar to radio waves. The concept behind radionics originated in the early 1900s with Albert Abrams (1864–1924), who became a millionaire by leasing radionic machines which he designed himself. . . .” And, “According to radionics practitioners, a healthy person will have certain energy frequencies moving through their body that define health, while an unhealthy person will exhibit other, different energy frequencies that define disorders. Radionic devices purport to diagnose and heal by applying appropriate frequencies to balance the discordant frequencies of sickness. Radionics uses ‘frequency’ not in its standard meaning but to describe an imputed energy type, . . .”  [A-L Note:  Again, these devices can also be used to harm.]  

At http://altered-states.net/barry/newsletter126/, we find:  Radionics is a method of healing, usually without physical contact with the patient, with the help of specialized instruments, in conjunction with a special faculty of extra-sensory perception (ESP) known as the radiesthetic faculty. Healing, in this sense, does not necessarily confine itself to humans, but extends to non-humans as well. The name 'radionics' is somewhat misleading since this form of healing has nothing to do with radio or radio waves, neither does it have anything to do with electronics. As a matter of fact, radionics can be said to be 'healing with thought energy,  A radionic practitioner facilitates healing. He doesn't heal. He doesn't diagnose. He doesn't treat either. His role is confined to that of a facilitator. . . .”   This is a very limited definition, and there is much more available on the internet.

Wiktionary (https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki) describes psychotronics as: a military technology dealing with electronic weapons or devices used to either degrade or enhance human health by directed energy.  

I recommend the reader who wants more information to begin by doing internet searches for psychotronics devices and radionics devices.

There are people who teach classes on how to influence others. This is not something new, but has been going on for centuries--just more openly in the 20th and 21st centuries than during prior times. Many of these people don't mean to cause anyone harm. However, there are those who do--including those working for various governments around the world. There are individuals who focus their consciousness toward negative and harmful purposes and privately teach small groups how to do the same. Can you imagine the effect of a group of people focusing on causing harm to other people or creating a major weather event? It happens more than most people would want to know.   Fortunately, as more and more people awaken to the reality of hidden influences, we also have groups of people focusing with positive intent to create change—minimizing the power and effects of hurricanes for example.

In addition to my own self, I know of many other people who have been used for target practice by covert operatives teaching or learning remote influencing, black magic, and related rituals and practices.  How do we know?  Well, some of us have spiritual gifts (aka psychic skills) that reveal the words and actions of these dark hearts (including telepathically picking up what the participants are saying). 

I’ve never studied remote influencing, but seem to naturally be able to influence. Many people have this ability.  Have you ever been in a long line at a store checkout and strongly thought silently (or even mumbled) words like, “I wish this line would move faster!”  I have!  There have been times that I intentionally attempted to influence someone.  Have you ever focused on the back of someone’s head and instructed the person, “Turn around and look at me”?  I confess that decades ago I did it a few times to amuse myself. I’ve rarely intentionally attempted to influence anyone in more recent years.  I described in a 2008 article how I influenced a man who was smoking in front of a library door where he and I and several others were waiting for the library to open, with several people making faces to express their displeasure.  I decided to just do something about it. I focused intently on various parts of the man's head and sent a thought form of "don't smoke" several times. He began looking around to see where that thought was coming from. I then added "put out the cigarette," which he did--threw it in the trash although barely smoked. I was relieved, as were several others. This is a much more pleasant way to get someone to stop smoking in public than asking aloud directly. I learned from experience that many people take offense and become hostile no matter how nice you are about it. I'm in the U.S.A., and in this country, smoking has been banned in many public and private places. My efforts to influence people in such a way don't always succeed, but it's certainly worth a try (and I don't try often). As you might expect from someone who practices no-harm living, my efforts are without harmful intent and for the good of all. 

If you don’t feel comfortable influencing others covertly for any reason, prayers can get results, of course. However, I don’t feel comfortable in calling upon Divine in small matters.  There’s an old homily, “God helps those who help themselves.”   A compromise might be, “I Am [your name] of [general location]. I [your name] invoke the intercession and intervention of any and all benevolent beings on behalf of me and mine to [insert words that convey your wishes]—now please.  Thank you!”  Some requests might need “with no harm to any” inserted before “now please.”  There are many benevolent light beings (sometimes commonly called angels) who are happy to assist, sometimes by whispering in the ears of other people or planting thoughts in the consciousness of others.  If you have a strong need, such as needing rescue from high waters, and it’s in your thoughts almost constantly, you may not need to make an official request because your thoughts of distress can be picked up and acted upon by angels. On the other hand, if dark-hearted people have numerous hostile thoughts and accompanying feelings about other people and/or request harm to other persons, there are also malevolent spirits around who will delight in joining forces in attempting to harm the targeted people. Sometimes all that is required is strong emotion or feelings and powerfully spoken words (of either benevolent or hostile intent), beginning with, “I want.”    So, it is to be careful what you ask/pray for!  And remember the power of the spoken word, which is intensified when accompanied by strong emotions or feelings. 

Consciousness creates--either intentionally or unintentionally. Conscious intent creates energy. Directed energy often gets results--sometimes immediately, but sometimes after lengthy periods of time.  So why not consciously create?
