Someone shared the following in an image on Facebook:  “Pain travels through family lines until someone is ready to heal it in themselves. By going through the agony of healing, you no longer pass the poison chalice onto the generations that follow.  It is incredibly important and sacred work.”  Someone commented that a healing facilitator had told her that she was carrying 30-something generations of her ancestors’ sorrow.

That got my attention!  I have to admit that after I awakened in this human body-mind unit in the 1980s,  I was focused on my mission at this level of existence and neglected the spiritual and metaphysical healing of my wonderful, healthy body.  After reading of the importance of the walk-in soul assuming responsibility for the healing of the stuff of the walk-out soul in a few sources, I began to pay more attention and have addressed some multigenerational issues over the years.  However, I had never looked at the sorrow issue.  I asked my higher selves how many generations of ancestors my body is carrying the sorrow of, and received 46!  Wow! That explains a lot. I’ve already begun the transmuting and transforming of all that sorrow into joy.  

I have experienced and witnessed the power of prayer and the power of the spoken word and use both on a daily basis. I suggest that persons wanting to heal start simply--with prayer and with the spoken word. Let’s take sorrow for an example.  One does not want to just release and clear the sorrow out into collective consciousness, etc. where it will be attracted to sorrow being carried by others and increase their loads.  Everything, yes everything, one clears and releases must be processed appropriately. In the case of sorrow, it is to be transmuted and transformed into joy.

Here are some examples of how to do that with both prayer and the spoken word (with words in brackets being an alternative): “I Am [your name], and I ask in the name of Christ [or in the name of the Light] for the transmuting and transforming of all sorrow of the ancestors I’m carrying [or my person is carrying] into joy—now.”  “I Am [your name], and I give thanks for the transmuting and transforming of all sorrow of the ancestors I’m carrying [or my person is carrying] into joy—now.” “I Am [your name]. With my Applied Consciousness Intent, with the power and authority of my Divine I Am Spirit, and with the power of my spoken word, I [your name] decree and declare I Am transmuting and transforming all sorrow of the ancestors I’m carrying [or my person is carrying] into joy—now.”  There are other formats that may come to mind to the reader. 

Two more categories that came to mind are “pain of the ancestors” (44 generations for my person) and “sins of the ancestors” (27 generations for my person).  I have yet to develop the recipe/formula/words to adequately process these two types of ancestral issues, but I do know that forgiving will be part of the recipe when processing the “sins of the ancestors.”  There will probably be more types of ancestral issues that come to mind to address.  Since beginning the transmuting and transforming of sorrow into joy an hour or two ago, there are now about 10 generations out of the original 46 remaining. I suspect these are more complex than the others and will take longer to process.

If you are one who is carrying ancestral stuff, when processing these and other ancestral issues, images may come to mind, dreams may be unusual or specific, and there may be some physical discomfort or even pain. But, in all cases, there will be a definite freeing and lightening.  Obviously, some isolated issues may require more attention than prayer and the spoken word.

On September 18, 2018, “Cosmic” Carla Fox posted an article on https:// thecarlafoxblog . blogspot . com titled “Is Your Brain Running A Mind Control Program?”  I want to spread around this important article, with which I majorly resonate--for reasons which will be obvious.  Here are excerpts:

[…] Earlier in the week, I started paying attention to certain scenarios from the distant past that would appear ever once in a while and keep repeating and looping through the thought processes of my brain.   These scenarios always involved guilt, regret, and embarrassment.  Try as I might, I could not access the actual emotions of the original events.  I was just left with a repeating scene in my mind with nothing concrete to actually heal.  Something told me that there was more here than the usual topic for a healing session. Then it hit me.  This was a mind programming pattern!  Somehow, there was a pattern put in place, how I didn’t yet know, that would keep the mind occupied with a random issue that was designed to make the recipient feel bad about themselves.  Normally, once the energy of a distressing emotion is drained off, the issue is complete.  It is like it never existed.  Not so with this mind programming, which seemed to be designed to occupy the thoughts as a distraction. […] So what I do now, when those programmed scenarios start up, is to simply acknowledge that this is a mind program and I turn my attention elsewhere. That stops the action immediately. So, for Sunday’s launching, my intent was to find the purpose and origin of this mind programming.  Here is my journey. [Angel-Light Note: Carla goes on to describe the journey in depth.]  After I launched, I found myself spiraling up into a double helix of DNA, and then going into the inner spaces inside of the helix.  This was what I would call the quantum level of the DNA. […] The final bit involved encountering a very large golden honeycomb.  Now, this is a very familiar energy formation that I have encountered frequently during my work with clients.  It represents […] the general notion that every being that is living in or inserted into one of the compartments of the honeycomb is just the same as all of the others. […] I am sure that there was a further upline here, but this is where I chose to stop.  The message of this energy was that we were all being made into the same image, thus being easier to direct and control.  Does that ring a bell?  As I broke through that honeycomb, I heard the message that said “We all have the inborn divine right to critical thinking”.  Aha!  This is what is being taken away from us in a variety of ways, day by day.  Humanity is being dumbed down, and the artificially inserted repetitive thought forms and scenarios are part of this programming.  What about the mass media, the music and entertainment industries?  The bombardment of pharmaceutical commercials on TV whose agenda it is to make us all think that we are sick?  And then spend many dollars on medications to cure our “dis-ease”.  Talk about mind programming! At that point, I burst through the golden honeycomb that was in front of me, and connected directly to the beautiful energy of Source, or the Divine.  As I came back down from that journey, I brought that Source energy directly into my brain with the intent that all mind programming be destroyed. The message here is that we can stop this mind programming.  It takes awareness and vigilance.  Reactivate your critical thinking skills, and be cynical.  Search for the truth and do not believe everything that comes your way.  And most importantly, do not get in your own way by running [i.e., not allowing it to occupy your consciousness] an issue that really needs to be healed.  Be clean and clear.

To begin, speak this statement, “I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am going clear, free and clear of all mind control programming—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.” Or, if you prefer, “I Am [your name], and I ask in the name of Christ [or the Light] for the destroying of all mind control programming of me and mine--with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.” Or both.

Many have heard the term “the power of the spoken word” It originated with Florence Scovel Shinn, and she published a book titled “The Power of the Spoken Word” in 1945. Previous books (on the same topic) were “The Game of Life” (1925), “Your Word is Your Wand” (1928), “The Secret Door to Success” (1940). I have a 355-page book in my collection titled, “The Writings of Florence Scovel Shinn,” which includes all four books.  They are considered classic by many and still available in the marketplace. They are all mostly short and very short paragraphs, and I recommend them all.

If there is any reader who doubts “the power of the spoken word,” I encourage you to do an Internet search using that exact term and then read/scan some of the articles available on the subject. There are even religious and Biblical articles if that type of source interests you.  We have written on this subject many times, mostly as inclusions in articles of other titles.  When you do a search of the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ using the search mechanism on the top left side, many articles are pulled up.  If you want to do that, remember to click on the “more” option at the lower right until there are no more presented for reading/scanning.

Words spoken aloud in a clear and focused manner are more powerful than words mumbled hurriedly.  Beginning a spoken sentence with “I Am” emphasized is very powerful. Beginning a statement with “I’m” isn’t quite as powerful.  Ending a statement with “now” emphasized adds to the power.  However, speaking a decree or declaration or affirmation or prayer without feeling anything is almost a waste of time. I repeat: speaking a decree or declaration or affirmation or prayer without feeling anything is almost a waste of time.  Got it?

I often give thanks as a form of prayer as follows:  “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks for ____________ [fill in the blank]—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.”  I feel grateful as I do so.  If you pray, decree, declare, or affirm using this format, and you don’t feel anything, practice, practice, practice.

On the other hand, it may be that your embodiment is congested and/or clogged, thus impairing the flow of universal life force energy, which can interfere with feeling. Or it might be your heart center and/or solar plexus that has issues.  If you want to read more about “universal life force energy,” you’ll find plenty of articles to read and scan in an internet search.  Keep in mind that it is not just what is called “Reiki.”

Here are some suggestions. Just substitute your name for mine. “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks for the optimizing of the flow of universal life force energy through my person [or this my embodiment]—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.” “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks that universal life force energy is circulating freely through my light body [or merkaba] and my person at all levels, through all layers—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.”  “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks for the unclogging of my body’s organs, systems, and components—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.”  “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks that I Am going clear, free and clear of all blocks and obstructions and impactions—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.”  “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks that I Am going clear, free and clear of all interference and sabotage—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.”  If you’re empathic and sense you might be carrying around other people’s stuff in your energy: “I Am Angel-Light, and I give thanks that I Am going clear, free and clear of what is not mine to carry or to heal—with ease, joy, glory, and permanence—now.” There are many more that are beneficial.  These few will get your started in making use of the power of the spoken word. 

Speak it, feel it. Whenever you sense something amiss within or around you, speak the word—with feeling!
