Over the years I've read many non-scientific newspaper and magazine articles about organ transplants. Over and over again, changes in the organ recipient's personality and lifestyle are reported--from minor to major, simple to complex. Some have sensed a recognition of, and felt affection for the family of the donor.
In today's Dallas Morning News, there's another such story. One man's heart was transferred into another man, and nine years later he married the donor's widow. He reports that upon meeting her for the first time: "I felt like I had known her for years. I couldn't keep my eyes off her. I just stared."
I'm reminded of how deep tissue massage/manipulation often brings into conscious mind experiences of one's past--memories long "forgotten" or buried. Why does one memory come up when one part of the body is worked and a different memory come up when another place is worked? Could it be that the energy created during an experience lodges in one particular place for a reason? I'm not sure.
When facilitating healing and knowledge-seeking procedures for individuals (including chakra/energy center exploration), we have found unusual energies, from archetypal symbols to spiders to globs of dark energy to balls and chains--and more. When directing the seeker's attention and focus to organs and tissues where there are pains, twitching, etc., we have also found entities of various types at work. Upon investigating, we find that plenty of these findings aren't related to the individual's body at all--that they are from other experiences of the human soul in past centuries. I've never ceased finding this fascinating. And the fact that questioning and removing and transmuting such energies and symbols (when appropriate) can facilitate healing of the current body and current life is amazing, don't you think?
