A while back, an individual new to the
ministry informed me that he/she had been cutting cords with people in his/her workplace
that were detrimental to his/her wellbeing.
I warned him/her by return email that doing so is not recommended unless
he/she wants to be terminated by the employer because there is a big chance
that could happen. At the time, I
recommended dissolving the cords instead and be very selective in so doing.
Actually, the correct procedure is first to
heal all cords between self and others (generally or specific by name or group).
And then, after what seems like an appropriate time lapse (a week or more),
dissolve all negative and dark cords and connections one has with others. In the past, we have also used the word cut
(as did the healer/teacher who wrote the article the individual had read), but
we no longer do so.
There are various processes we recommend for
healing workplace relationships, but this is about the cords and connections,
so we won’t share them here. Whether one
makes “I Am” statements, decrees, asks one’s Divine Support Team, one is asking
for assistance. Here are some suggestions. Mix and match!
“I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. In the name of Christ and under the law of
grace, I [name] Decree I Am asking you my Divine Support Team to heal all cords
and connections I have with others—on a full and permanent basis now.”
“I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. In the name of
Christ, with the power of Christ Divine within me, with my applied conscious
intent, and with the power, with the light, and with the love of my Inner
Divine Spirit, I [name] Decree I Am dissolving all negative and dark cords and connections I
have with others—on a full and permanent basis now.”
“I Am [name]. I Am That I Am. In the name of
Christ and under the law of grace, I [name] Decree I Am calling forth, asking
for, commanding, and giving thanks for the dissolving of all negative and dark
cords and connections I have with others--on a full and permanent basis now.”
Unfortunately, the individual who cut the
cords was terminated from his/her job about four months after the cutting of
those cords with business associates.
