Go to www.energeticsynthesis.com, the web site of Lisa Renee, and read her March 9, 2012 “Energetic Synthesis Ascension News” titled “How Much Are You Willing to Know?" Set aside at least a half hour to read it slowly and allow the information to soak in. Some of my supporters are aware of most of the information presented. Others will have their realities greatly challenged.
Here’s a teaser for you: “What if it was clear that the resolution to every problem that exists on this planet, economic, political, or social, was fully resolvable by committing to and reclaiming your spiritual identity? That all pain, suffering, sickness, and atrocity, even cataclysms, are based in spiritual disconnection, whether that form is human or nonhuman? That in the big picture, it really does not matter what person is the President, what organization is spraying chemtrails, running the cabals, or financing negative alien “black op” projects. . . . How much are you willing to know the truth?”
I jumped up and down in my chair as I read this article and laughed aloud at the words, “Okay folks, there—I said it!” Yes, she sure did! So there! I’ve resisted sharing my full reality on the subject on this site for several reasons. Now I’m letting Lisa do it for me. Now I’m “out of the closet,” so to speak—at least to those who take the time to read the full article on Lisa’s site.

INNER DIVINE SPIRIT

A supporter sent me a link to Cameron Day’s site (www.ascensionhelp.com) the other day and, since it was about the third time I’d seen the link in different places, it occurred to me that maybe it would be worth checking out. I wasn’t disappointed!
I’ll share with you some comments from the site: “We start off each incarnation with our Divine Self fully seated within the heart center of our physical bodies, which is why children are so energetic and wonderful. Then, as authority figures, media, peers, the dark control grid, and the world at large convince a child that they are NOT Divine, this inner Divine energy leaves the body and sits above a person, waiting patiently to be reintegrated back into the heart center once again.” This is commonly called “High Self.” Cameron Day recommends that instead of seeing your Divine Self’s light above you (as most spiritually inclined people seem to do) to image it emanating from your heart center. He claims that it may seem like a small thing, but that the difference is very powerful. I totally agree! For me, Divine Spirit is situated in my heart, so it was easy to take the step of positioning my “High Self” in my heart center. After so doing, I began to feel a big difference. Cameron Day suggested a new name: “Inner Divine Self.” I decided to begin using the term “Inner Divine Spirit Self” (although I will continue expressing my love and appreciation to Divine Spirit that lives in my heart).
I want to share with you a procedure Cameron Day recommends which, to me, seems to be both an activation and a validation of one’s Inner Divine Spirit Self (again, my term). I have made some revisions because, frankly, I strongly felt they were needed. Expand the Light of your Inner Divine Spirit Self from your heart center throughout the body and auric egg in all directions—to a point from 3’ to 6’ our from your physical body. Once the Light of your Inner Divine Spirit Self is expanded out from your heart center and filling and surrounding your entire body, send a beam of this Light from your heart center, the home of your Inner Divine Spirit Self, straight to the core of this planet, which connects you to its core. Then project a beam of light straight up and into the galactic center/core. He claimed that the light beam would pierce the Dark Control Grid around the planet and arrive at the galactic core almost instantly. I experienced that. Next, Cameron suggests saying to the Galactic Center/Core: “I Am ready to be a Galactic Conduit.” This initiates your energetic connection to the Galactic Core. At that point, one will receive what he calls a “Cosmic Flush” of galactic light energy. Yes, I experienced that. I call such things “infusions of Divine light energy,” and they are heavenly! After this, the recipient will be acting as a conduit for this galaxy’s consciousness to transmit its energy directly through the person and into the planet. I agree with Cameron that it is very empowering. It’s also an effective tool for eliminating interference with one’s thoughts, emotions, and energy. If you experience any of these, just expand the Light of your Inner Divine Spirit Self from your heart until it surrounds your body. As with any procedure I recommend, “practice makes perfect.”
I’ve been coaching people on using light energy for various purposes for many years. I highly recommend Cameron’s procedure as a basic beginning for many types of self-energy clearing and other procedures. For example, if you want to clear and tune up your energy, you can expand the Light of your Inner Divine Spirit Self out into your auric egg using your breathing, making sure the abdomen expands when breathing in and contracts when breathing out. Full body breathing is excellent for this. You first state intent, for example: “I Am [name]. I Am that I Am. With the power and light and love of my Inner Divine Spirit Self, I Am transmuting all darkness within me and mine into light now.” (This includes the light energy bodies/auric egg.) Or, “With the power and light and love of my Inner Divine Spirit Self, I Am increasing my light to optimal now.” Or, “With the power and light and love of my Inner Divine Spirit Self, I Am increasing my frequency resonance vibration to optimal now.” You get the idea!
Important note: Using the words, “with the power and light and love of my Inner Divine Spirit Self” is for one’s own energy clearing and strengthening—not to address any perceived deficiencies in others or address dark, lower astral entities. Of course, that light can be used to do so—quite effectively, I might add. Just don’t use the words I recommend for use only for one’s own work. FACETS--HERE, THERE, EVERYWHERE

I recently discussed soul facets in the February 18, 2012 blog titled, “Preparing Physically & Energetically for Changes Happening Now.” Quoted “Unveiling the Secrets of the Soul” by Leslee Mikaels & Jecobie Roberts, which was published about 1997. I’ve written about soul facets/aspects/selves several times over the years, as have others. The chapter of the Mikaels & Roberts book titled “Hitchhikers” is enlightening for those who have little or no knowledge of the subject. To quote: “From time to time we may all experience etheric hitchhikers. Who are they? From where do they come? How do you know if they are present in your energy? What do you do with them once you become aware they are present?” And, “A hitchhiker is an energy [facet] that does not belong to your soul but has attached itself to your energy. It affects your energy and, consequently, your life in a variety of ways. The reasons for attachment differ from person to person and from energy to energy.”
Many people can accept that soul facets of deceased loved ones can be with them (and even desire it). However, what many people don’t realize is that facets of living people can be hanging out in one’s energy. Facets can communicate with you, of course. Some facets come and go; others are determined to remain. I experience the coming and going a lot because of people wanting healing assistance or guidance. However, I also have attachment issues with facets of co-dependent people and people who have been troubled for many years, as well as people who want to tap into my power and learn from me, as well as people attaching for other reasons. I’m one of those healing facilitators who tend to neglect self while assisting others, but I’ve been getting better at making myself the priority.
A big problem with hitchhikers is that they can cause physical pain and discomfort, obesity, disease, mental confusion, etc. And they can interfere in your relationships, etc. Suffice it to say, it’s a good idea not to have soul facets of others in your energy—or any of your facets in the energy of others--on a long-term basis. There are many justifiable reasons for temporary “hitchhiking”--diagnosing someone’s condition or facilitating healing, among them.
Recently, when reading a Dallas Morning News column, I recognized that one or more soul facets of the columnist’s father are with her. Her father’s body died ten years ago, and her mother’s body died last year. She never dreams about them but often (seemingly on a daily basis) hears the voices of one or both of them (especially her father, it seems) warning her about things, telling her to do things, etc. (I assume she’s referring to telepathic-type communications.) The DMN column was the inspiration for this blog article.
There are several ways to address the issue of foreign soul facets in one’s energy and to bring any of your own facets that are with other people back to you. It is not uncommon for soul facets of 3D living people to refuse to return to their bodies, so I make them aware that there are other options—preferably returning to the soul’s home. What I still find interesting is that one can come close to addressing a particular spiritual healing issue but miss it because of one’s choice of terms. Many healing facilitators use the term “energy” to cover just about everything, but I have found over the years that one is to address issues as specifically as possible in order to achieve the best results.

ANALYSIS CHOICES

In my February 11, 2012 post titled “Simplifying,” I had shared: “. . . The Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis had been increasing in length over time and was to the point where it took me over two hours to do and send a detailed report via email. Then we answered questions of the recipients via email (after they first did their own research). . . . And I had a nagging thought that maybe the Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis provided too much information. That was reinforced when the three people (who won an Analysis through an auction benefiting a good cause that I’d donated them to) seemed overwhelmed by the amount of information (to varying degrees) and had little understanding of much of the information provided. . . . I have shortened the Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis, eliminating information that most people don’t understand and can’t relate to. It will take me less time to do and email a report (maybe an hour and a half now), and there will be a lot less of my time spent in explaining the information.”
Since that time, it has been brought to my attention that there are people with more knowledge who want in-depth details about themselves—the more the better. Also, it has been suggested that maybe it was dark side interference that led me to simplify the Analysis. As a result of the feedback received, I now have two analyses available: the new, simplified version for those with limited knowledge and an in-depth version (updated and revised) for those who want as much information as possible.
The Divine Reconnective Healing Process still provides the in-depth decorruption, decontamination, and restoration that it always has (although I made some adjustments that made it easier for me to initiate the Process when I simplified).

FAILED PARTIAL WALKINS

Email Query: I would like your advice please. Have you ever heard of “failed partial walkins”? I already told you about the change in Jane’s personality. I was going to just give up on her, but was reminded of all the years. She was there for me and so many others for so long--clearing and doing healing on so many people from all parts of the world. I felt like I could not turn my back on her when she needed help. Two other of her friends she has assisted in the past felt the same way. I have been asking my spiritual support team to show me what had happened to Jane and asked to be shown a way to help her. Last night, I was led to this website: www.clarity-of-being.org. It blew my mind--learning about “failed partial walkins.” It was like a big “aha moment.” Once I started reading this information, I couldn't pull myself away from it. I believe this might have been what happened to Jane. If this is true, what can be done about It? Can that “failed partial walkin” be removed without harming Jane? I know you are extremely busy, so am not asking you to do It. I am asking you for clarification and guidance as how to do it. I'm wondering If Christ Michael could remove it, or shall I call on my whole spiritual support team--or someone else? I am also wondering if this “failed partial walkin” needs to be replaced with one of the light? Also wondering If Jane’s original soul Is still in her body and sharing it with the other soul who does not appear to be of the light. I'm afraid to do anything without having proper guidance. I would not want to harm Jane. In the past she has been a great lightworker and in service to so many--truly dedicated. She Is still doing clearings and healing on the people In her neighborhood and seems to be making a difference. She just has a more aggressive personality and a need for s _ x _ _ l pleasure. She had been celibate for many years. This is a complete change from who she used to be. . . . Please advise me what to do. I hope you have time to read some of this report. It explains a lot of what is out there interfering with many of us light workers. It also describes other negative beings who are interfering with us too, like negative elementals and others. Extremely interesting to know about all this. Thank you for any guidance that you can give me.
Response (expanded from my original email response): When I first clicked on the link you sent, I scanned some of the information briefly--just long enough to know that I already was familiar with most of that information and that I want to read it all to get that person's opinion of various aspects of the dark side and glean any additional information I might not be aware of. Since then, I’ve put off doing some things higher on my list of to-do’s and gone back to the site and read and scanned a lot of it. A third or even fourth review is in order because there is so much information there. He writes from personal experience and gives his opinions and doesn’t seem to claim to have a big ego (which is refreshing). I don't write or talk much about such things because if I do so I run the risk of scaring and alienating people who are insufficiently awakened and aware of such things and miss the opportunity to assist them in any way. But just because I don't write or talk much about the information on his site doesn't mean I'm not very aware of them and don’t deal with that type of thing in myself and others. I have a Ph.D. in such stuff--so to speak.
As you surmised, I don’t have time to personally get involved to assist Jane at this time. Nor do I have the time to offer suggestions to you concerning her case. I want to assume that there is a simple explanation for the changes you’ve noticed in Jane. Just because she has changed doesn’t mean the dark side has her (or that it doesn’t, for that matter). Just because a soul is a "saint" in one embodiment doesn't mean that soul is a "saint" in another embodiment. And when one embodiment ends, that aspect/facet can "walk into" another embodiment. Usually there are several aspects/facets of a soul and/or the oversoul group interacting and expressing through one embodiment--sometimes actively and sometimes mostly observing, many times providing guidance if that aspect/facet is evolved/awakened. And how many times have I told you that people who claim to be channeling XXX or ZZZ are just channeling an aspect of their multidimensional soul selves? We're asking on the revised analysis now how many lives the soul (not just the current embodiment) has lived in the last 2,000, 5,000, and 10,000 years.

However, the site provides a wealth of information for people who want to learn more about interference by the dark side and corruptions and contaminations. I recommend those who choose to read on the site disregard information that stretches your personality too much and study the other information available.

Email Query: I would like your advice please. Have you ever heard of “failed partial walkins”? I already told you about the change in Jane’s personality. I was going to just give up on her, but was reminded of all the years. She was there for me and so many others for so long--clearing and doing healing on so many people from all parts of the world. I felt like I could not turn my back on her when she needed help. Two other of her friends she has assisted in the past felt the same way. I have been asking my spiritual support team to show me what had happened to Jane and asked to be shown a way to help her. Last night, I was led to this website: www.clarity-of-being.org. It blew my mind--learning about “failed partial walkins.” It was like a big “aha moment.” Once I started reading this information, I couldn't pull myself away from it. I believe this might have been what happened to Jane. If this is true, what can be done about It? Can that “failed partial walkin” be removed without harming Jane? I know you are extremely busy, so am not asking you to do It. I am asking you for clarification and guidance as how to do it. I'm wondering If Christ Michael could remove it, or shall I call on my whole spiritual support team--or someone else? I am also wondering if this “failed partial walkin” needs to be replaced with one of the light? Also wondering If Jane’s original soul Is still in her body and sharing it with the other soul who does not appear to be of the light. I'm afraid to do anything without having proper guidance. I would not want to harm Jane. In the past she has been a great lightworker and in service to so many--truly dedicated. She Is still doing clearings and healing on the people In her neighborhood and seems to be making a difference. She just has a more aggressive personality and a need for s _ x _ _ l pleasure. She had been celibate for many years. This is a complete change from who she used to be. . . . Please advise me what to do. I hope you have time to read some of this report. It explains a lot of what is out there interfering with many of us light workers. It also describes other negative beings who are interfering with us too, like negative elementals and others. Extremely interesting to know about all this. Thank you for any guidance that you can give me.
Response (expanded from my original email response): When I first clicked on the link you sent, I scanned some of the information briefly--just long enough to know that I already was familiar with most of that information and that I want to read it all to get that person's opinion of various aspects of the dark side and glean any additional information I might not be aware of. Since then, I’ve put off doing some things higher on my list of to-do’s and gone back to the site and read and scanned a lot of it. A third or even fourth review is in order because there is so much information there. He writes from personal experience and gives his opinions and doesn’t seem to claim to have a big ego (which is refreshing). I don't write or talk much about such things because if I do so I run the risk of scaring and alienating people who are insufficiently awakened and aware of such things and miss the opportunity to assist them in any way. But just because I don't write or talk much about the information on his site doesn't mean I'm not very aware of them and don’t deal with that type of thing in myself and others. I have a Ph.D. in such stuff--so to speak.
As you surmised, I don’t have time to personally get involved to assist Jane at this time. Nor do I have the time to offer suggestions to you concerning her case. I want to assume that there is a simple explanation for the changes you’ve noticed in Jane. Just because she has changed doesn’t mean the dark side has her (or that it doesn’t, for that matter). I suggest you reread the section of my February 18, 2012 blog titled “Preparing Physically & Energetically for Changes Happening Now that is about soul facets/aspects.

TEAM LIGHT & TEAM DARK

The reader may want to refer to “Preparing Physically & Energetically for Changes Happening Now” on this site (“Angel-Light Beamer”) dated February 18, 2012. A large portion is about the facets/aspects of each soul.
I awoke in this body in the mid-1980s. After a couple years of acclimating myself to the body and the body growing accustomed to my energetic presence, I began preparing for my life’s work as a Healing/Wellbeing Facilitator (although I didn’t use that label for some time). The husband of 20+ years was not a match for me (and he said I wasn’t the woman he married), and being entangled and tied down wouldn’t be in accordance with “my mission” (as I called it). So there was an agreed-upon divorce after the only child moved out of the home. Although all was in place and I unofficially began easing into my ministry after the married life ended, I didn’t make it official until 1990 when I gave up my apartment and became a “traveling angel” according to my plan for this life. I chose to end the “traveling angel” lifestyle in October 2009 because of the condition of my Lightmobile (automobile) at the time, I miss some aspects of the “traveling angel” lifestyle very, very much—such as being on the road in my Lightmobile, which I sold for salvage in early 2010. My life is currently only about 15% in alignment with my soul plan. I long to return to the “traveling angel” lifestyle part-time, keeping my apartment as a home base. When my next Lightmobile is provided, I will do so. Although I was without an automobile during some of those “traveling angel” years, and had some very “interesting” experiences as a result (could write a book), I will not return to the “traveling angel” lifestyle even part time without an automobile.

I know many people (far too many in my opinion) automatically credit the "bad guys", or as I call them, Team Dark—the physical human elite, the government, military, HAARP, high-tech machines and weapons, the non-human and non-physical negative ETs, Reptilians etc., credit for absolutely everything that happens on Earth now. I however have never believed that these egoic deluded dark jerks are as powerful as many people currently believe them to be, which may sound odd coming from someone whose repeatedly had fully conscious, lucid, face-to-face encounters and conversations with some of the negative aliens, plus been attacked by them repeatedly over the decades. Team Dark is not powerful—what they are adept cons, dark magicians, thieves, manipulators and parasites. [Angel-Light Note: My research has found that negative ETs, reptilian controllers, etc. are possessing, occupying, and working through human body-mind units—from 5% to 95% and that about 65% of human bodies are subjected to this—most under 50%.]
I've always known they (the human members of Team Dark) have advanced weapons and devices, but I also know that they (the physical human puppets and the non-physical alien Team Dark members) cannot override Source/All That Is/God and evolution. They can and will only be able to go so far and then these negative egoic jerks run into energetic dead-ends at every turn because nothing and no one can override Source/God/All That Is and the Grand Evolutionary Cycles. Period.
Since 1999 I've repeatedly lived through phase after phase of more Light Energies entering this world and Team Dark—both physical and non-physical, human and non-human—automatically retaliating against the inflowing increase of higher frequency Light Energies and attacks (in any number of ways) the Starseeds/Lightworkers/Indigos who are embodying and anchoring it in this world. This is how it's been: an ongoing territorial energy battle from Team Dark trying to stop, derail, distract, distort, override, wound, imbalance, drive insane, harm or kill those embodying and anchoring the Light Energies on Earth now. [Angel-Light Note: I could write an enlightening, interesting book about the many ways I've been targeted since I got on the radar of Team Dark.] Most dictators don't easily relinquish their power, control and riches, so this retaliation against every phase of incoming Light Energies and the Light Energy Embodiers has been how things have played out during the twenty-five Ascension years (1987–2012). I can say that from personal experience, but I can also tell you from personal experience that Team Dark (the "powers that were") are NOT all-powerful so please don't give them all the credit (or your focus) for every ascension-related anomaly and planetary change [emphasis added by Angel-Light].
I mention this subject about Team Dark again because, with the start of 2012, I felt (as I'm sure many of you also did) another good-sized global upsurge in the negative energies trying to gain back some energetic and physical Earth territory and grab (possess) more humans to use, control, and feed off of. This latest surge I felt in January 2012 was especially disheartening because I SO want this negativity permanently gone. It will be, but this is the last big dramatic push and flurry from Team Dark in this world trying to recapture and regain power and control and we can much more quickly end this by not feeding and empowering them in any way. What individual consciousness focuses on is more potent and important now than ever before so be consciously aware of and responsible for your thoughts and who and what you're fueling with them [emphasis added by Angel-Light].

PREPARING PHYSICALLY & ENERGETICALLY FOR CHANGES HAPPENING NOW

Excerpt from Email Received: I am not sure if you follow George Ure at Urban Survival [www.urbansurvival.com] or Cliff at Half Past Human [www.halfpasthuman.com], but Cliff is saying that the linguistic data gap they have seen for 15 years is here at the beginning of March. So it seems big change of some sort is around the corner! We have been noticing subtle but substantial changes in our family in the way our outlook and attitudes are changing. Hard to put a finger on it yet unmistakable that it is there. Seem to be energetic forces at work that are molding us in ways that are subtle yet evident if you self reflect at all. Not sure if you have been feeling these same types of undercurrents working amongst you and your friends?
Response (expanded from my email response to the sender): Seems to me there are definitely changes going on. Some people (people of consciousness similar to you and I) have commented about this in their newsletters, in videos, Internet radio, etc. There are various opinions and speculations as to what and why. I would suggest preparing for all contingencies as one is able to do so, which begins with education, education, education. Did I emphasize that enough? No? It’s about educating one’s self! As far as environmental changes, George Ure’s site (www.urbansurvival.com) is a good start. There are even people who are or have been “in high places” in government who are hinting and making suggestions. Whether one is able to prepare in a big way or a small way (such as stocking up on non-perishable foods one normally eats, water, etc.), preparing for environmental and lifestyle changes is a wise thing to do. It always has been. It’s like rural people in the 1800s stocking up on firewood for the winter.
Beyond the physical, there are changes with our energies, etc. I don’t normally pay much attention to so-called channelings, but scanned part of one today that claims humans are being “recalibrated.” I understand there have been others putting out the same or similar information. Some of us who are sensitive to energies have been noticing subtle shifts and changes. Some of us feel a sense of weirdness about their environments. Some of us notice unusual sensations in our bodies. Again, theories abound about the reasons for all this.
No matter what is going on and why, I intend to "be here now, be love, and be grateful," to do all the good I can for others, and to continue to work on myself (the Soul)--which includes all the lives I've ever lived/am living--so as to purify and cleanse, which facilitates my ascension (defined as raising/increasing my overall vibration). Part of this is working with all my facets/aspects.
Expanding on the subject of changes happening, I began focusing even more on working with my various aspects/facets/selves recently after pulling a book off my shelves that I read years ago (which was important enough to keep). I was recommending the out-of-print book to someone and wanted to provide correct information in case he/she could find a copy somewhere.
This book, which is on my recommended reading list, is "Unveiling the Secrets of the Soul" by Leslee Mikaels & Jecobie Roberts (Springfield, Missouri: Dream Dancer Publications, no year found, but probably 1997). I heard the authors share about their book when they came to Dallas on a promo tour but didn’t purchase the book at the time. Found it several years later at Half Price Books (a national chain which originated in Dallas). I regret that it is out of print, but surely there are copies available. [PS: Just found it on www.amazon.com!) I’m considering trying to locate the authors about the possibility of more copies being printed (after 15-20 years). An alternative is someone scanning it onto the Internet, with permission of the authors, of course. I have other books on this subject, but this is the “easiest.” It's about "facet/aspect therapy/work" (working with the different personalities, subpersonalities, soul aspects, etc.). Thumbing through it when I pulled it to recommend it to a supporter led me to decide to read it again. Listed on the Contents page are: The Jeweler and the Diamond, The Road Inward, The Great Illusion, Body Messages, Pathways, The Art of Talking to Yourself, Our Greatest Allies, The Secret Playground, The Fallen Dimensions, Afraid of Our Own Shadows, Internal Maps, Hitchhikers, Transcending the Void, The Joining, My Facets Did It, The Story of Jacob, Glossary, Exercise Index. I want to share some excerpts with you. As with all books I recommend, I don’t necessarily agree 100% with everything in the book.
“Our personal ‘facets’ have been referred to as multi-dimensional selves, facets, and soul fragments. [Angel-Light Note: Aspects is another term used, and one I prefer.] We will refer to them as facets and ask you to remember that, regardless of the label, all facets are energy portions of your soul. While each has its own existence, lives, personalities, gifts, issues, and identities separate from the other parts of the soul, each is still a part of the same original energy unit.”
“We have all had many existences, varying in time periods, races, spiritual indoctrination, and locations around this planet and elsewhere. Many times the lives of different facets have overlapped or coincided with one another, while other facets were not incarnate but were resting and/or healing. We all have facets who have completed their Earth walk and have ascended to the higher dimensions to work as guides and teachers to their own souls and to others. This is only one of the ingenious means we have of expediting our experience and learning from many perspectives and attitudes for our growth and enlightenment.” [Angel-Light Note: I’ve been claiming for many years that most people who “channel” are “channeling” other aspects of their multidimensional soul selves.]
“We could not have come as far as we have in two short millennia if we had not separated, on a soul level, into multiple components, thereby gifting ourselves with an opportunity for multiple ongoing lives.”
“Every facet of your soul combines to form the total consciousness of your soul, just as every living being contributes to the mass consciousness that resides on our planet. . . . The same energies of the mass consciousness that affect us in physical form also affect our facets, which are in energy form. After all, we are each nothing more than the sum total of our facets. Frequently, the mass consciousness energies will draw facets with similar issues to the surface levels of our consciousness. This can occur in individuals or groups, such as countries, states, neighborhoods, or even families.” [Angel-Light Note: The “love at first sight” phenomenon is evidence of this.]
On the subject of changes: “A ‘Fall,’ as we refer to it, is nothing more than accepting energies of a lower vibration than what one’s current state of existence can tolerate. This causes not only a drop in one’s individual vibration but the actual movement of the entire planet from one dimension to another. When this transpires, everything alters. Excerpt from Email Received: I am not sure if you follow George Ure at Urban Survival [www.urbansurvival.com] or Cliff at Half Past Human [www.halfpasthuman.com], but Cliff is saying that the linguistic data gap they have seen for 15 years is here at the beginning of March. So it seems big change of some sort is around the corner! We have been noticing subtle but substantial changes in our family in the way our outlook and attitudes are changing. Hard to put a finger on it yet unmistakable that it is there. Seem to be energetic forces at work that are molding us in ways that are subtle yet evident if you self reflect at all. Not sure if you have been feeling these same types of undercurrents working amongst you and your friends?
Response (expanded from my email response to the sender): Seems to me there are definitely changes going on. Some people (people of consciousness similar to you and I) have commented about this in their newsletters, in videos, Internet radio, etc. There are various opinions and speculations as to what and why. I would suggest preparing for all contingencies as one is able to do so, which begins with education, education, education. Did I emphasize that enough? No? It’s about educating one’s self! As far as environmental changes, George Ure’s site (www.urbansurvival.com) is a good start. There are even people who are or have been “in high places” in government who are hinting and making suggestions. Whether one is able to prepare in a big way or a small way (such as stocking up on non-perishable foods one normally eats, water, etc.), preparing for environmental and lifestyle changes is a wise thing to do. It always has been. It’s like rural people in the 1800s stocking up on firewood for the winter.
Beyond the physical, there are changes with our energies, etc. I don’t normally pay much attention to so-called channelings, but scanned part of one today that claims humans are being “recalibrated.” I understand there have been others putting out the same or similar information. Some of us who are sensitive to energies have been noticing subtle shifts and changes. Some of us feel a sense of weirdness about their environments. Some of us notice unusual sensations in our bodies. Again, theories abound about the reasons for all this.
No matter what is going on and why, I intend to "be here now, be love, and be grateful," to do all the good I can for others, and to continue to work on myself (the Soul)--which includes all the lives I've ever lived/am living--so as to purify and cleanse, which facilitates my ascension (defined as raising/increasing my overall vibration). Part of this is working with all my facets/aspects.
Expanding on the subject of changes happening, I began focusing even more on working with my various aspects/facets/selves recently after pulling a book off my shelves that I read years ago (which was important enough to keep). I was recommending the out-of-print book to someone and wanted to provide correct information in case he/she could find a copy somewhere.
This book, which is on my recommended reading list, is "Unveiling the Secrets of the Soul" by Leslee Mikaels & Jecobie Roberts (Springfield, Missouri: Dream Dancer Publications, no year found, but probably 1997). I heard the authors share about their book when they came to Dallas on a promo tour but didn’t purchase the book at the time. Found it several years later at Half Price Books (a national chain which originated in Dallas). I regret that it is out of print, but surely there are copies available. [PS: Just found it on www.amazon.com!) I’m considering trying to locate the authors about the possibility of more copies being printed (after 15-20 years). An alternative is someone scanning it onto the Internet, with permission of the authors, of course. I have other books on this subject, but this is the “easiest.” It's about "facet/aspect therapy/work" (working with the different personalities, subpersonalities, soul aspects, etc.). Thumbing through it when I pulled it to recommend it to a supporter led me to decide to read it again. Listed on the Contents page are: The Jeweler and the Diamond, The Road Inward, The Great Illusion, Body Messages, Pathways, The Art of Talking to Yourself, Our Greatest Allies, The Secret Playground, The Fallen Dimensions, Afraid of Our Own Shadows, Internal Maps, Hitchhikers, Transcending the Void, The Joining, My Facets Did It, The Story of Jacob, Glossary, Exercise Index. I want to share some excerpts with you. As with all books I recommend, I don’t necessarily agree 100% with everything in the book.
“Our personal ‘facets’ have been referred to as multi-dimensional selves, facets, and soul fragments. [Angel-Light Note: Aspects is another term used, and one I prefer.] We will refer to them as facets and ask you to remember that, regardless of the label, all facets are energy portions of your soul. While each has its own existence, lives, personalities, gifts, issues, and identities separate from the other parts of the soul, each is still a part of the same original energy unit.”
“We have all had many existences, varying in time periods, races, spiritual indoctrination, and locations around this planet and elsewhere. Many times the lives of different facets have overlapped or coincided with one another, while other facets were not incarnate but were resting and/or healing. SIMPLIFYING

For several weeks, I had been experiencing more and more resistance to providing the Divine Reconnective Healing Process for people. It had become too comprehensive and too burdensome. And I had a nagging thought that maybe the Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis provided too much information. That was reinforced when the three people (who won an Analysis through an auction benefiting a good cause that I’d donated them to) seemed overwhelmed by the amount of information (to varying degrees) and had little understanding of much of the information provided.
The Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis had been increasing in length over time and was to the point where it took me over two hours to do and send a detailed report via email. Then we answered questions of the recipients via email (after they first did their own research). The Divine Reconnective Healing Process was taking me three hours to initiate and the Angel-Light Team (which includes myself) about twelve weeks to complete, during which time I provided some updates. There are many “angels” who do the work, some on standby until needed. There have only been two or three times in the several years I’ve been offering the DRH Process that have I been given to hold off on initiating the Process for a new person because all available “angels” were occupied. We can provide this service for several people at the same time. At the completion, we do a followup Analysis and report the changes. So you see, we have been investing a lot of time and energy in both the Analysis and Process.
Efforts to revise the Divine Reconnective Healing Process to shorten the length of time required for the initiation had failed until the last few days. I have eliminated some duplications (same thing but worded differently), and I had combined many items that are related. Now the Process in printed form is reduced by about 32% in length, and it takes me two hours to initiate instead of three hours. (Initiated the revised Process for a person yesterday.) I have shortened the Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis, eliminating information that most people don’t understand and can’t relate to. It will take me less time to do and email a report (maybe an hour and a half now), and there will be a lot less of my time spent in explaining the information.
What a relief! I feel recharged and eager to continue offering the Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis and the Divine Reconnective Healing Process. Of course, once an individual has the DRH Process (which we recommend at least once a year), we address individual issues that come up when requested. And as those familiar with my ministry are aware, the Angel-Light Team feeds me information and recommends issues to address for the “current list” of supporters.
I have revised the Past Life reading format and also the Relationship Reading format. We provide the basic information and then answer questions from the recipient seeking more information. I continue to coach and counsel via email, and these days we are spending more time on the phone coaching and counseling and guiding people who support my ministry (including passing along input from people’s angels and Divine Support Teams). The aspect of my ministry I love the most is channeling Healing Love Energy. Long distance sessions use a photograph, and each session ends when the energy stops flowing. Local sessions tend to be a combination of Healing Love Energy, coaching, counseling, and guiding per the input of people’s angels and Divine Support Teams.
I’m all set and eager to provide the Divine Reconnective Healing Process and Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis again to all who request them.

REALITY VALIDATION

Recently, I felt as if I was going to “lose myself” if I didn’t give myself a dose of another spiritual/metaphysical teacher who majorly validates my reality. I asked myself who that would be, and Lisa Renee (www.energeticsynthesis.com) came to mind. I’ve written about Lisa and her work before on this site. I did an Internet search and chose a program titled “Ascension Cycle Timeline” that was offered on YouTube (about an hour). After that I chose another from the offerings—an interview of about an hour with another person named Lisa. I’m okay now! (Smile!)
As I watched the videos, I made some notes—mostly not new info, but we all need reminders. I’ll share some of my notes here as a way of promoting the work of Lisa Renee and also to share more of my reality. I want to start with a comment Lisa made in the “Ascension” presentation. She referred to “our friends the Annunaki.” It gave me pause until I realized it was said with sarcasm. The Annunaki are a reptilian race that Lisa says are 4D beings. I have seemed to find some in 2D (hiding perhaps). Lisa said that the reptilian invasion and interference with the plan of the Guardian Races for humanity began about 5,000 years ago. I think it may have begun up to 7,000 years ago. Close enough! We’re not referring to the 3D reptiles we are familiar with. I have found that reptilian lifestreams extend into our bodies and use them for their purposes. I don’t want to give any more info on that here because I don’t want to put anyone in fear. However, I have also realized that they have improved our human bodies. Lisa said that the Annunaki/reptilian agenda (one of them, in my estimation) is creating fear by using people as channels, spreading information about upcoming pole shifts, disasters, etc. I noticed that Lisa isn’t a big fan of channels and the information channeled. Neither am I. If one can get one’s information direct, as Lisa does, via the multidimensional self, and share it, then that is preferred—in my opinion. In the early years of my ministry, I thought I was channeling, but I was only speaking/teaching as another aspect of my own multidimensional soul self. For many years now I’ve just been being me—a multidimensional being.
Our Founder (“Law of One”) and Guardian Races avoid creating fear and support human evolution. Those races (extraterrestrial, draconian, etc.) that Lisa calls “regressives” do not. Their agenda is to suppress humanity. There is such a thing as a false Christ Consciousness matrix. Channels who are connected to this matrix feed false information. There is universal/cosmic Christ Consciousness, and then there is the false story regarding crucifixion and salvation that organized religion, under the influence of the reptilian controllers, claim. Lisa refers to this as an “implanted virus.” When doing a Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis, the crucifixion implant is one type of implant we look for. Lisa teaches that humans are in the “Christ model.” One can activate the “Christ Model” within one’s self. She suggests asking for rehabilitation and repair for one’s self. I suggest asking, using the usual suggested format, for all changes necessary for the optimal activation of the “Christ Model” within one’s self.
Lisa says there are two levels of being on this planet: 3D and multidimensional. Fear programming (and implants, I might add) interfere with our multidimensional embodiment. She emphasized that eradicating fear programming is very important. She also reminded listeners to stay in the now moment, in witness consciousness. According to Lisa, 5D consciousness is about here and now, flexibility, and adaptability. (How many times have supporters heard or read me recommending that?)
According to Lisa, our souls (we) have been manipulated by astral level extraterrestrials. This is evidenced by people who are strong adherents of the “Law of Attraction” and “The Secret.” These people mostly deny there is interference and dark forces/dark side, avoid the unpleasantness of dealing with same (and are critical of those who aren’t in denial—based on my experience and that of others who have told me of their experiences). Most people in process of awakening are at this Soul Level, which is related to chakras (energy wheels) 4, 5, and 6. People who are operating mostly at the Personality Level are using chakras (energy wheels) 1, 2, and 3. Commitment to Soul and spiritual awakening is a priority.
At the Monad Level (chakras/energy wheels 7, 8, and 9), one is connected to God Source and recognizes what is going on with negative aliens and dark forces. And one starts to become aware of planetary service and higher levels of existence. (Been there, done/do that. Smile.)
My ears perked up (so to speak) when Lisa began speaking about Avatar Matrix Evolution, which she defined (according to my notes) as Solar Logos/Solar Christ, and connecting to Avatar Consciousness (which is 12 dimensional). You see, for weeks now, while being majorly oppressed by the dark side, I had been getting strongly, “Avatar! Avatar!” I didn’t quite understand the fullness of that warning. Aha! Once I heard Lisa speak about this, I knew what guidance had been trying to get across to me. I got to work on this immediately! Big shift!
More tidbits: Reincarnation is a 3D-4D construct and 4D is being controlled, and 4D beings are suppressing human souls and interfering. Going into the white light upon death is part of that, according to Lisa. (I don’t use the “white light” much at all. I’ve been more drawn to gold.) Galactic energy enters the body at the back of the neck. Reading energy signatures (of both seen and unseen) is very important. This is very important when an unseen one claims to be someone/something. Ask for the being to reveal its energy. Lisa also reminds us that we live in polarity and that we have amplified polarity. When one accesses extremely high frequencies, one is “matched” by the dark side frequencies. She’s not the only one, of course, who is of that opinion. Yet, there are people who consider people who are majorly oppressed by the dark side as “less than” people who have attracted the oppression by their frequencies. For a long time I’ve been of the opinion that many (but not all) of those who are most oppressed are souls who were divinely installed with important work to do--such as working for the freedom and liberation of humanity, as Lisa put it, which is the agenda of the Founder Races. I identify with that.
According to Lisa, we’re on “Ascension Plan B” because “Ascension Plan A” (organic ascension) is no longer viable.
A major conclusion I reached from watching the videos is that I have neglected myself and should have done more to protect myself. Lisa recommends her 12D shield, which is a Christ Consciousness shield. I get it!
I don’t knowingly allow more than a very few healers/teachers access to my systems, but I trust Lisa Renee and have a one-hour telephone session with her on my “wish list” (because of not having an extra $300 available for a first session). Lisa refers to this as an “implanted virus.” When doing a Soul-Personality-Energy Analysis, the crucifixion implant is one type of implant we look for. Lisa teaches that humans are in the “Christ model.” One can activate the “Christ Model” within one’s self. She suggests asking for rehabilitation and repair for one’s self. I suggest asking, using the usual suggested format, for all changes necessary for the optimal activation of the “Christ Model” within one’s self.
Lisa says there are two levels of being on this planet: 3D and multidimensional. Fear programming (and implants, I might add) interfere with our multidimensional embodiment. She emphasized that eradicating fear programming is very important. She also reminded listeners to stay in the now moment, in witness consciousness. According to Lisa, 5D consciousness is about here and now, flexibility, and adaptability. (How many times have supporters heard or read me recommending that?)
According to Lisa, our souls (we) have been manipulated by astral level extraterrestrials. This is evidenced by people who are strong adherents of the “Law of Attraction” and “The Secret.” These people mostly deny there is interference and dark forces/dark side, avoid the unpleasantness of dealing with same (and are critical of those who aren’t in denial—based on my experience and that of others who have told me of their experiences). Most people in process of awakening are at this Soul Level, which is related to chakras (energy wheels) 4, 5, and 6. People who are operating mostly at the Personality Level are using chakras (energy wheels) 1, 2, and 3. Commitment to Soul and spiritual awakening is a priority.
At the Monad Level (chakras/energy wheels 7, 8, and 9), one is connected to God Source and recognizes what is going on with negative aliens and dark forces. And one starts to become aware of planetary service and higher levels of existence. (Been there, done/do that. Smile.)
My ears perked up (so to speak) when Lisa began speaking about Avatar Matrix Evolution, which she defined (according to my notes) as Solar Logos/Solar Christ, and connecting to Avatar Consciousness (which is 12 dimensional). You see, for weeks now, while being majorly oppressed by the dark side, I had been getting strongly, “Avatar! Avatar!” I didn’t quite understand the fullness of that warning. Aha! Once I heard Lisa speak about this, I knew what guidance had been trying to get across to me. I got to work on this immediately! Big shift!
More tidbits: Reincarnation is a 3D-4D construct and 4D is being controlled, and 4D beings are suppressing human souls and interfering. Going into the white light upon death is part of that, according to Lisa. (I don’t use the “white light” much at all. I’ve been more drawn to gold.) Galactic energy enters the body at the back of the neck. Reading energy signatures (of both seen and unseen) is very important. This is very important when an unseen one claims to be someone/something. Ask for the being to reveal its energy. Lisa also reminds us that we live in polarity and that we have amplified polarity. When one accesses extremely high frequencies, one is “matched” by the dark side frequencies. She’s not the only one, of course, who is of that opinion. Yet, there are people who consider people who are majorly oppressed by the dark side as “less than” people who have attracted the oppression by their frequencies. For a long time I’ve been of the opinion that many (but not all) of those who are most oppressed are souls who were divinely installed with important work to do--such as working for the freedom and liberation of humanity, as Lisa put it, which is the agenda of the Founder Races. I identify with that.
According to Lisa, we’re on “Ascension Plan B” because “Ascension Plan A” (organic ascension) is no longer viable.
A major conclusion I reached from watching the videos is that I have neglected myself and should have done more to protect myself. Lisa recommends her 12D shield, which is a Christ Consciousness shield. I get it!
