DEPRESSION: TRANSMUTING & TRANSFORMING

Depression came over me as I was working and playing at computer this morning. I assumed it was mine because I had been reminded of a special man of years ago (while on Facebook) and began missing him (not that I’m without other reasons to be depressed). That’s unusual because I normally find myself smiling when I think of this man.
As
the depression increased without my consciously contributing to it, I wondered
if I was carrying the depression of someone else. Yes—four someone elses to be exact. Aha! I measured to see how much of the depression
was mine and how much was depression of each of the other people. The depression of the others added up to
about 60%.
Feel
free to use my method of addressing the depression—which I did
immediately: “I Am [your name]. I Am
That I Am. I Am a fully sentient, sovereign, free-willed entity. I declare my
sovereign free will now. I Am the Divine in control. I Am the only authority in
my life. I AM Divinely protected by the light of my being and by the light of
Christ. I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am.
In the name of Christ, with the power of Christ Divine within me, with
the power of my Divine I Am, with my Applied Conscious Intent, and with the
power of my Divine I Am, I [your name] Decree I Am transmuting and transforming
all the depression I’m carrying into happiness, and transmuting and
transforming all the depression of [named the people] I’m carrying into
happiness—throughout space-time-- throughout time-space—on a full and permanent
basis now.
After
an hour had passed, I was almost giggly happy. Don’t you just love it? Not the first time I’ve transmuted and
transformed something into something else and won’t be the last. What do you want to transmute and
transform? Just substitute that word for
the word “depression” and an opposite of that word for the word “happiness.” Go
for it! What do you have to lose? FYI: I’m still happy!
