Per request, once again we present this reminder of basic
decrees/affirmations that have proven beneficial for many. What happens when one decrees and affirms is that one's vibration changes, and this begins the changing of one's life. Speak them aloud from your point of power on
a daily basis or as often as you can.
The following is strongly recommended: “I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am. I Am The
Divine I Am. I Am Divine Soul I Am. I Am the I Am That I Am. I Am a fully sentient, sovereign, free-willed
entity. I declare and decree my sovereign free will now. I Am the Divine in
control. I Am the only authority in my life. I Am Divinely protected by the
light of my being and the light of Christ—Christ in me the hope of glory. I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am.” If for some reason the Universal Christ is
offensive to you, just leave off “and the light of Christ—Christ In me the hope
of glory.”
The basic format for
decrees/affirmations is as follows: “I Am [your name]. I Am That I Am. In the
name of the Christ, with the Power of Christ Divine within me, with my Applied
Conscious Intent, and with the power of my Divine I Am Spirit, I [your name]
decree I Am ________--throughout space-time-- throughout time-space—on a full
and permanent basis—now.” Again, if the
Universal Christ is offensive to you, leave off those parts. The blank can be filled in with a wide variety
of works, but whatever words are used, begin them with an action verb. A few of
the many action verbs that are beneficial for healing and wellbeing are
centering, aligning, attracting,
activating, attuning, cleansing, clearing, balancing, shifting, transmuting,
transforming, ascending, creating, expanding, grounding, integrating,
increasing, healing, neutralizing, purifying, reconnecting, rejoicing,
optimizing, releasing, resetting, transcending, and vibrating. Other others can

titled, “Affirmations & Decrees for Healing.”
Four life-changing decrees/affirmations we most recommend are presented here. One
begins with the words before the blank in the basic format and ends with the
words after the blank. The basic words in these are “tried and true,” so resist
the temptation to chance them. Some possibilities for filling in the blanks are
in brackets.
--transmuting
and transforming all ________ I’m carrying into ________ [darkness - light;
heaviness - lightness; disease – ease; death - life; evil – good; sickness –
wellness; depression - happiness; sadness – joy; poverty – abundance; lack –
plenty; insufficiency – abundance; etc.]—
--deleting
and discontinuing all the ________ I’m carrying, and sending it all to the
galactic core for processing [pollutants, toxins, fungus, allergies, nasties, negative
elementals, lower astral negative entities, etc.]—--attuning to, aligning with, and embodying ________ [Christ Consciousness, freedom, prosperity, wellness, the highest light of heaven, etc.]—
--shifting all of me and mine and all that are engaged with me and mine into vibrational resonancy with ________-- [the highest light of heaven, Christ Consciousness, the highest frequencies of love and light, thanksgiving, the gold ray, Divine light energy of the Christ vibration, happiness, etc.]
Now remember to breathe deeply and speak slowly and clearly! Again, what happens when one decrees and affirms is that one's vibrations change, and this begins the changing of one's life.
