Facebook friend shared: “You cannot effectively invoke angels for healing
work if you do not cultivate connections and relationships with them. The key
here is that "if you think of them, then they will think of you," The
more time you spend "being" in relationship to them the more
accessible you will find them.”
My response:
So true! Over the years, I've had people want me to teach them how to be
a healer. I respond that pure heart and intent and eagerness to serve are to be
the motivation--not fame, fortune, or monetary gains (although these can
sometimes be side effects). Then in meditation with prayer, it is to ask Divine
(or Christ) to use your instrument to assist humanity. One prayer is, "Oh
Christ/Divine, make me your healing instrument. Let my entire being be filled
with compassion for those who are suffering. Let your healing and rejuvenating
power flow through my instrument." I still pray these words even after all
these years of being a healing instrument in various ways. If one's prayer is granted (and sometimes it
will be almost immediately and other times months or even years away), one will
be provided Angels to work through one’s instrument and given information and
abilities and be guided to sources. Most importantly, people will be drawn to
the new healer for assistance. And the new healer will discover people being
healed just by being in his/her presence.
It's being "An Instrument of Divine" (or “Christ,” if
preferred).
