We can program ourselves with a combination of deep breathing and thinking words. Below are a few examples that are recommended.
To become more peaceful and calm, Take a few slow, deep breaths with the trunk of your body (including abdomen)--in through the nose and out through the mouth. Think of the word “relax.” When inhaling, say silently to yourself the syllable “re.” When exhaling, say silently to yourself the syllable “lax.” Alternate with the words “at ease.” Say silently the word “at” when inhaling and the word “ease” when exhaling. Allow the body to relax. When tension returns, begin the programming again. Then allow the body to relax.
The quieter your mind, the more you can 'hear the voice'
of Divine. Take a few slow, deep breaths with the trunk of your body (including
abdomen)--in through the nose and out through the mouth. Think of the words
"quiet mind." When inhaling, say silently to yourself
"quiet." When exhaling, say silently to yourself "mind."
Allow the mind to be quiet. When thoughts return, begin the programming again.
To strengthen yourself, think of the words “I am.” Take a few slow, deep breaths with the trunk
of your body (including abdomen)--in through the nose and out through the
mouth. When inhaling, say silently to
yourself "I." When exhaling, say silently to yourself "am." Practice, practice, practice.
To shift out of worrying, think of the words “all is well.” Take a few slow, deep breaths with the trunk
of your body (including abdomen)--in through the nose and out through the
mouth. When inhaling, say silently to
yourself "all." When exhaling, say silently to yourself "is well."
When anger or resentment take hold, think of the words “I
love.” Focus on your heart center while
taking a few slow, deep breaths with the trunk of your body (including
abdomen)--in through the nose and out through the mouth. When inhaling, say silently to yourself
"I." When exhaling, say silently to yourself "love." After a few breaths, think of the words “peace
calm.” When inhaling, say silently to
yourself "peace." When exhaling, say silently to yourself "calm."
A combination of words I like to use is: “I am. I be. I
love.” Take a few slow, deep breaths
with the trunk of your body (including abdomen)--in through the nose and out
through the mouth. When beginning the
programming, start with “I am” on the first full breath (“I” when inhaling and “am”
when exhaling). With the next breath use
the words “I be” (“I” when inhaling and “be” when exhaling). On the third breath, use the words “I love” (“I”
when inhaling and “love” when exhaling).
Then repeat the full word combination as many times as you wish.
Practice, practice, practice. We could share more, but this is a good place
to stop.
