ATTRACTING &
REPELLING & ABSORBING ENERGIES

While sitting in a waiting area of our suburban health
clinic, this morning, I thought about the less-than-smooth beginning to my
day. Pickup by the city medical
appointment driver was scheduled to be from 8:15 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. I usually am ready for pickup ahead of time,
but this day he arrived just before 8:00 a.m. I was almost ready—but not quite
ready. No problem, I rushed to gather my
things and get to the passenger van where he was waiting, but I forgot the
morning newspaper that I had planned to take to read while waiting at the
clinic. I know I must have heard a wrong
word (disparaging) when the driver greeted me at the door to the van, for he’s
such a very nice man. There was already
another passenger in the van, and we stopped to pick up a third passenger. We had about a ten-minute wait because she
wasn’t ready. I was the first passenger to
be dropped off at my destination. While getting out of the van I broke the
handle off my wheeled tote.
As I sat there in the waiting area of the clinic, I snacked
on some crackers and wished for a Pepsi. I had intended to bring a bottle of
Pepsi, but forgot it in the rush to leave. I then sat there in the clinic in neutral—not feeling
very positive but not feeling negative either.
When one is in neutral, one is often absorbing the energies of the
surroundings. When one is in negative,
one is usually both repelling the positive and attracting more of the
negative. When one is in positive, one
is both repelling and attracting the negative (for various negative
energies/spirits/entities are attracted to the positive while others are
repelled by the positive) and, of course, attracting the positive.
While sitting there, one of my affirmations came to mind. I repeated it silently several times while
deep breathing: “I Am Angel-Light, and I
Am generating and emanating happy Healing Love Energy throughout my totality—now.” I immediately felt alive and began
glowing.
Try it—aloud, if possible.
Just replace my name with your name, and remember to deep breathe
(moving both chest and abdomen). If your
body and mind don’t “light up” immediately, it means there are probably some
energy blocks and more practice may be required on a daily basis to clear and attune
and align and activate. Enjoy!
