As I was engaging in a practice that is almost a daily habit for
me, it occurred to me to share it with readers of the ♥Angel-Light
Beamer♥. When doing this, sometimes I’m standing, sometimes
I’m sitting, and sometimes I’m in bed for the night (although I have to caution
you it may not be such a good thing to do right before closing the eyes for
sleep because it can be energizing).
I take some deep breaths.
Then I imagine three light switches on a wall—each higher than the other. As I affirm, “I Am Angel-Light, and all the
cells of my body are sparkling light,” I imagine a hand turning on the lowest
switch, and then sense my entire body as sparkling lights. I take another deep breath and slowly add, “sparkling
Christ Light,” imagine a hand turning on the middle switch, and sense my body’s
light becoming brighter. Another deep breath and then, “Christ Consciousness
Golden Light.” With this, the highest
switch is turned on, and my body’s light becomes even brighter.
Again, “I Am [your name], and all the cells of my body are
sparkling light, sparkling Christ Light, Christ Consciousness Golden Light.” With practice over time, it becomes very easy
to sense the light becoming brighter.
