A friend in Europe has just read Susan Wisehart’s “Soul
Visioning: Clear the Past, Create Your Future” (2008). Here is the review on Amazon, headed “Discover
Your Soul's Wisdom and Transform Your Life”: “You have the power to create a
life of passion and purpose by following the wisdom of your soul. Using

practices, and past-life and life-between-lives regression, Susan Wisehart

Seems great so far, doesn’t it? I’m always interested in
reading case studies and, for that reason, have added this book to my main Amazon
wish list. Here is an excerpt my friend
shared: "Not everything we define as material success is soul success.
Unless our success is founded on spiritual ideals, it will fade. We may think
that our goals should be to get the best education, find a job with the highest
pay or status, marry the right person, create the perfect family, and so on.
There is nothing wrong with having all of these things, but unless our ideal
serves humanity, we are falling short of our potential."
And another: “Bottom line is we must learn that our worth is
established by God, the Divine, or whatever label we wish to give it, not by
what we do, accomplish, or possess. Many of my clients tell me they feel they
have failed in life because they didn't accomplish anything ‘great’ or fulfill some grand life purpose. I remind them that one's greatest purpose is to
experience wholeness as a spiritual being, and to express that love every day,
whether by extending kindness and patience while waiting in line at a grocery
store, being peaceful in a traffic jam, or practicing forgiveness of oneself
and others."
I also want to share my friend’s comment because it is so
true: “Actually, if we look at life from the perspective of the ego, our human
personality, it will have a narrow vision, based on only those facts known to
it, and on solely the needs of that ego, whereas the soul can see the wider
perspective. Living in this world makes it difficult to access the soul
perspective though.”
Yes, “living in this world makes it difficult to access the
soul perspective”—at least for most of us, it seems—those of us whose human
body-mind units are hosting souls. Some
aren’t. Do an internet search for “soulless
humans” and “robotic humans” and go to some of the links provided by the sources
for even more information. I do want to
add what some sources fail to include, which is that human body-mind units are
only partially souled (for various reasons)—from 5% (and soul is almost gone at
this point) on up to 75%.
And that brings up a book’s worth of information that won’t
be shared here. Again, search the
internet if you’re interested. We’re not
asking you to believe or agree with what you find, but to be open minded and
consider the information, file away in your consciousness what you don’t
resonate with at this time (for future consideration), and ponder what seems
feasible to you over the months ahead.
