Let’s investigate the title of this piece first. To construct is to create. A construct is a
creation. Creations can be intentional and unintentional. Adding the prefix meta,
which means beyond, to the word physical, which means nature, results in the
word metaphysical, a word which is sometimes used interchangeably with the word
supernatural. Metaphysical is abstract.
Abstract exists in thought or as an idea and does not have a physical or
concrete existence.
There are several common names for metaphysical constructs
aka creations. Constructs intentionally
created by people engaged in the dark arts are often called occult
constructs. Many of these are created with
negative intent in mind. Unfortunately,
the conscious creation of occult constructs is described in books teaching
magic that are easily available in the 21st century. Thought forms are a form of constructs that
can be created unintentionally and intentionally, the latter often called
tulpas. Harboring ill will toward
another over time can cause the unintentional creation of thought form entities.
It seems to me that the term energy
constructs is the label most commonly used on Internet forums in general. The
stronger the emotions, the more powerful the entities created—whether intentional
or unintentional.
Fortunately, none of the above information (and there is
much more on the subject) is necessary to know. What is important is whether
there are constructs in and on and around a person that are hostile, negative, detrimental, sabotaging, etc. in nature. In the spirit of KISS
(Keep It Simple Sweetie), it is recommended that the term negative constructs
be used when dealing with such because it covers a wide area.
We’re big fans of “the power of the spoken word” and
recommend beginning the elimination of negative constructs using the spoken
word married with the feeling of love from the heart center. (An aside: As one might expect, occult
constructs with negative intent are usually created with strong negative
emotion, which is generated in the solar plexus, the seat of the lower
emotions. The heart center is the seat
of the higher feeling body.) Adding a
little joy to the recipe can be beneficial, as well. You might say that joy, genuine joy, is the
magic ingredient—the more the better.
Spoken Word + Love + Joy = Results.
For maintenance of wellbeing, the following is recommended: “I Am [your name], and I give thanks for the
uncreating, disabling, disengaging, destroying, and burning away of all
negative metaphysical constructs within and around me and mine—with ease,
joy, glory, and permanence—now.”
You might also want to use the terms negative occult
constructs and negative energy constructs from time to time, separately, as
well (so as not to miss anything). Some
people have reported sensing shifts/results immediately. Others have reported
that it took several days to notice shifts.
There’s really nothing magical about making this statement on
a daily basis other than it gets the attention of one’s angels and other
benevolent beings who can choose to participate in the removal of any
constructs which are detrimental to one’s wellbeing (and they aren’t as uncommon as
you might expect).
