STATEMENTS: THE BENEFITS

I Am statements are about inner change—change in frequencies and energy
and vibration, change in attitude, change in thoughts and emotions. I Am statements can change your life.
First, we’ll share some suggested statements and then we’ll
discuss the benefits. Start with your full name and proceed, for example: “I Am Angel-Light Love of Texas, and I give
thanks that”:
I Am choosing to allow the higher plan for this my life to be made
manifest--now. I Am shifting from reverse into neutral OR I Am shifting from
reverse into forward—now [whichever works best for you at any given time]. I Am shifting [or switching, if you prefer] from
negative into positive--now. I Am attuning to and aligning with wellbeing and
thriving—now. I Am vibrating in
resonancy with fullness of love—now. I Am turning up my light and shining brighter—now.
I Am merging with and embodying my higher self—now. I Am remembering to be one
with my higher self—now. I Am beginning to spend more time listening to my higher
self—now. I Am ascending into higher
consciousness, ascending into higher love—now.
I Am opening to opportunities to learn—now. I Am shedding resistance and
allowing wonderful opportunities—now. I Am shifting from surviving into
thriving—now. I Am choosing to make the images of my mind beautiful and the
thoughts of my mind positive—now. I Am
beginning to open to a wonderful love-mate—now.
I Am choosing to prioritize the wellbeing of my body—now. I Am connecting
optimally with my energy stream—now. I Am flowing love into my world—now. I Am ascending into fullness of light—now.
Etc. Etc. Etc. There are
many more possibilities. These are just a few. The giving
thanks is very important, as is the now.
Far too many times persons make direct I Am statements aka affirmations
for a few days or a few weeks in an attempt to manifest material goods or
monies, such as, “I Am winning a million dollars in the lottery” or “I Am
moving into my wonderful new home this year” or even “I Am rich and becoming richer”
[when the rent or car payment is late]. And,
far too many times, there are disappointments and comments like, “Affirmations
don’t work.” You see, I Am statements/affirmations
are about inner change and not outer manifestation (although outer
manifestation can be a side effect). I Am statements can improve your health
and even save your life; they can improve your wellbeing dramatically. However, they are not like a magic wand.
Again, I Am statements are about inner change—change in
frequencies and energy and vibration, change in attitude, change in thoughts and
emotions.
