benefit from it. I don’t have the “way

If you are a day dreamer or have a good imagination
this is going to be easy for you. If not, you’re going to have to work on it.
The right side of your brain will do all the work, you just have to switch it
on.
People talk about your third eye in the middle of your
forehead and that is where I receive the visons from your loved ones, my guides
and angels. When I meditate, I focus my attention on my forehead between my
shut physical eyes. Once you focus your attention on this point, it will feel
as if someone is touching your third eye or forehead. It may even feel like a
swirling motion, like a vortex or the water going down the drain.
Psychic Medium, Echo Bodine, has beginners turn on an
imaginary light switch on their forehead. You turn it on when you want to use
your sixth sense or intuition and turn it off when you don’t want to hear
messages from your loved ones, guides or angels. On and off, it’s that simple.
So, basically, you are making a shift, like author
Pete Sanders wrote in “You Are Psychic”: The Free Soul Method. You are aware of your
surroundings and then shift to your third eye and the space above your head
also called the crown chakra. It’s this energy shift that switches your
thinking from left brain to right brain. And uses such organs as the pineal
gland in your brain. You are basically dipping your toe into another dimension
that you control with an on/off switch.
Meditation and switching on your intuition slows the
waves in your brain. You’re going from Beta waves to Alpha, Theta and some
Delta waves. Your loved ones, guides and angels are on the other side lowering
their energy to connect. Energy can’t be destroyed. Your soul is energy and
can’t be destroyed. There is some discussion as to if your soul resides inside
or outside your body. Knowing what I do now, I don’t believe I’ve had an
original thought in my life. I believe that information and ideas are given to
me from my loved ones on the other side of this dimension (heaven), guides,
angels and “the cloud” or akashic records.
To help you make this shift, I like to start at my
feet and go up to above the top of my head where we make our connections. This
is where your imagination plays a good part in your shift. You have seven main
chakras and hundreds of smaller ones. This are the same electrical points that
allow acupuncture to work. You also have electrical activity in your brain that
allows you to run your body. We are moving energy in our shift.
The seven chakras are located on a middle line on your
body from the base or root to sacral, solar plexus, throat, heart, third eye
and crown. I like to imagine rose bush roots coming out of the bottoms of my
feet and into the ground. This grounds and centers me. I chose rose bush roots
because that is the hardest root I have ever tried to remove from the ground.
Next, I shut my eyes and imagine a red rose blooming at the point of my base
chakra, an orange blossom from my sacral to full bloom, yellow blooms from my
solar plexus, green from my heart, blue from my throat, indigo or deep purple
from my third eye and white from my crown. This entire thought process is an
energy shift.
I see from my third eye, things that I cannot see from
my other eyes. I can see TV reruns or favorite parts of movies in my head by
doing this. I can see old memories in my third eye as this is where you witness
your dreams from. You will be able to see thoughts and pictures that are not in
this dimension. You will be able to taste, see, touch and hear things that are
in other dimensions. The trick is the shift your brain. Feel the energy travel
from your feet to the top above your skull. From base to Crown you will feel
the energy or electricity coursing through your body. I feel as if a ring is
tightening around my temples and head. That’s when I know I’ve made the shift
and I’m in the zone to talk to your loved ones, my guides or angels.
Take a trip by never leaving the farm! Trust what you
are seeing and hearing. It’s not a dream or day dream. You can shift your
consciousness to another dimension. Now when you’re done exploring. You do
everything in reverse to turn off your sixth sense. If you don’t, you may stay
awake for days until your body runs out of energy. I’ve been there, done that.
Turn off the light switch on your forehead. Focus your
mind on the energy coming down from your crown and third eye. See the rose
blooms closing up as you backtrack through your chakras until you are grounded
again. Now touch some wood or something that is solid. Walk on the grass or
ground outside. Bring all of your consciousness to the now. Back to Beta waves.
You’re back on Earth from wherever you were. Remember what you encountered, the
thoughts, ideas and maybe conversations.
The more time you spend doing this and practicing
this, the more time you will develop your sixth sense. It will get to the point
that you will be sitting in a traffic jam and, in your mind, you’ll turn on the
switch on your forehead, switch on for your consciousness to your third eye and
remember a shortcut to your destination. Now was that a memory that you
activated, or grabbed it from the akashic record, or did a guide or loved one
give you the idea? Whichever it was take it and run. Your guides angels and
loved ones are always on the other side and are always willing to help you. You
just have to ask! And now you have a new way to use your sixth sense.
