BREATHING FULL BODY

Long-time readers of the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ and those who have experienced consultations will
remember that we the Angel-Light Team have been recommending full body

Here are some of Eric’s comments on the process [with my
additions and subtractions in brackets]:
“When learning conscious breathing, sometimes the inhalation is stronger
than the exhalation, and vice versa, depending on the person. If you find
yourself feeling no movement with the inhalation, use the exhale. If you can do
both, use both the inhale and the exhale to move the chi/blood [life force energy]
through the body. This is […] a keystone
skill in healing, cleansing and moving chi [life force energy] through the

The first time I experienced this complete process, when
listening to it as part of a video program Eric facilitated with someone else,
there was a little more to it. When I asked my Divine Support Team to pour
golden frequency light infused with joy into my being (loosely per Eric’s
instructions), I broke out in peals of laughter and joy as I’ve never felt
before. Good medicine! You can also
choose to ask for your golden frequency light to be infused with love, or
something else may come to mind.
