BECOMING
ONE

After awakening this morning and turning on lights in every room
(as usual), I chose to lay me down and close the eyes again. Had about 45
minutes of meditation which was quite beneficial. It occurred to me to remember
to be one with my “angelic expressions” aka “angel selves,” and began silently
affirming both. Very, very nice! Then it
occurred to me to affirm remembering to be one with my “higher selves,” which
then became “highest selves” during my silent affirming. How wonderful! Feeling more alive—especially after adding “constantly
and consistently and continuously and eternally.”
Here’s a process of integration that the reader will probably find
beneficial. Speak aloud when convenient
and remember to breathe slowly and deeply to prepare. We recommend beginning with “choosing to
become one with my higher selves” or “becoming one with my higher selves” or both Repeat the affirmation statements three times
each before proceeding to the next step: “I Am [your name], and I Am choosing
to become one with my higher selves—now.”
Next, “I Am [your name], and I Am becoming one with my higher selves—now.” Third step: “I Am [your name], and I Am one
with my higher selves--constantly and consistently and continuously and
eternally.” Next: “I Am [your name], and I Am remembering to be one with my
higher selves--constantly and consistently and continuously and eternally.” Lastly:
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am one with my higher selves—one.” You may want to reinforce that by adding
another step, which is repeating “one” three times: “One, one, one.”
Remember to repeat each step three times before proceeding to the
next step. After days or weeks of
practice with focus on your heart center, this process will evolve into what feels
most right for you. You may wish to proceed from “higher selves” to “highest
selves.”
Would like to make note here that becoming one with your Multidimensional
Soul Self (MSS) has been suggested on this site and by other facilitators, but that
can be a bit challenging and overwhelming and like running a marathon before
one has even run a mile. So why not start slowly with what is therapeutic and
uplifting?
