The following are the contents of a recently created handout that
has been inspired by people seeking assistance in recent weeks. Our focus is on empowering others—not enabling
others (which isn’t to imply we don’t directly deal with complaints of a spiritual
and metaphysical nature). This is presented in the spirit of empowerment.
The spoken word is very powerful—especially when there is focused
intent accompanying the words, and the words are spoken clearly and precisely.
This handout is about stepping into your power and using it on a regular basis.
Anyone can partner with one’s Divine Support Team, which is
comprised of various types of beings assigned to be of assistance on a soul’s
earthly sojourn. These groups of beings don’t always remain the same throughout
the life but rotate in and out of range, off and on task. Some other names for
Support Team are Staff, Crew, Angels. Some people prefer the term Benevolent
Ones. Officially and formally forging an alliance with one’s Team is
recommended—especially if you haven’t been intimately involved with them
heretofore, even though they have facilitated wellbeing for you
previously.
Attune to one’s Divine Support Team by relaxing the body and mind
by whatever method you choose, closing the eyes, and making sure you are
breathing slowly and deeply. Next, I recommend these words adapted from Clive
Shane Herrington’s “Self-Healing Handbook” (2001): “I Am [your name]. From my
heart and with all my being, I invite my Divine Soul Self to fully merge with
me now. I invite Divine light into my
heart and into my entire being on all levels. I invite all members of my Divine
Support Team who are available to gather and tune in to my words now. I expect
all not available now be informed of this gathering and my words.”
Pause for a minute or two and set the guidelines for your
involvement with these words: “Thank you. I [your name] wish to officially
acknowledge our relationship. It is my intent that all beings who are part of
my Divine Support Team are of over 80% true Divine light and compatible with
Christ Consciousness. It is my intent that the supervisors of my Divine Support
Team are of over 100% true Divine Light.
I intend that all who are disqualified by these guidelines be replaced
by ones who do qualify. All that we do is to be in a safe and heathy way. Thank
you.”
You can initiate a formal session with your Team at any time. In this format for beneficial statements, the
“we” means all that you are in your embodiment and your Divine Support Team: “I
Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are [fill in blank]—now. Word I
Am Word. Thank you!” “Word” is used to
mean “truth.” Examples of this can be
found in some types of church worship services where it is exclaimed aloud and
in communications on social media.
Begin a session with your Team with, “I Am [name], and I call upon
my Support Team to be with me now.
[Pause.] I intend to partner with
you in manifesting with the following statements.” Speak the statements slowly and clearly.
Again, use this format: “I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are
[fill in blank]—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!” Fill in the blank with one selection at a
time, such as:
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are vibrating
in harmony and Christ golden frequency light—now. Word I Am Word. Thank
you!” Some people like to lightly tap a
spot on the body or clap the hands once when speaking “now” for emphasis.
Or:
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are choosing to
live in the light and love and joy of Christ Consciousness—constantly,
consistently, continuously—for the duration--now. Word I Am Word. Thank
you!”
Or:
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are saturating this my embodiment with Christ golden frequency light—living and moving and having our being in Christ golden frequency light—for the duration--now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are saturating this my embodiment with Christ golden frequency light—living and moving and having our being in Christ golden frequency light—for the duration--now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
The above three statements are my favorites. An important statement for these times is:
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are anchoring
to the new ascending earth grid and grounding optimally to the new ascending earth,
ascending with the ascending earth--now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
Choose from these additional basics. Keep in mind that these
suggestions are from my perspective as a spiritual activist.
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing all that is not mine to carry or to heal—now.
Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all energy bonds and links with others
that have been lowering my light—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all metaphysical connections with others
that are not appropriate or are harmful—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all negative non-physical hooks, cords,
ribbons, strings, and connections with others—now. Word I Am Word. Thank
you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all resistance to my wellbeing and all
interference with my wellbeing—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all allergens and irritants from my
person—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all talker stalkers and deceivers of
consciousness and false voices from me and mine--now. Word I Am Word. Thank
you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all interference with the nadial
structures that connect the layers of my energy field and reconnecting the
layers—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
[This issue is more common than you might expect. You may sense a release
with this statement.]
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all blockages and congestions of my
circuits, channels, conduits, and meridians—now. Word I Am Word. Thank
you!”
“I Am [your name], and I
give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing and clearing and disappearing any and
all interference with my Higher Self and Soul Source connections—now. Word I Am
Word. Thank you!”
“I Am [your name], and I give thanks that I Am, We Are releasing
and clearing and disappearing any and all foreign negatives and dark operatives
from within and around me and mine—now. Word I Am Word. Thank you!”
There are so many more statements that are beneficial—more intense
than those included here. You can
probably think of others. You will
become more comfortable directly working with your Divine Support Team over
time—if you haven’t been accustomed to doing so.
