In “Reincarnation aka Soul Recycling,”
published recently on the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥, we offered two processes to forgive one’s
self and others as a first step to removing self from the reincarnation cycle
of this planetary sphere. When sorting through a little stack of papers and
clippings yesterday, I came across forgiveness affirmations of Ellie Drew (www.consciouschange.org). How timely! I have made a few minor alternations.
Before beginning, take a few deep breaths to relax.
Then center in your heart and speak the words slowly and clearly with a deep
breath between each one.
"With
a sincere heart, I forgive myself, for any action or inaction that caused
real or perceived harm to myself or others, in this lifetime and in all
lifetimes, in this dimension and in all dimensions. From the deepest part of my
being, I forgive myself. (Breathe) I forgive myself. (Breathe) I forgive myself,
NOW." (Breathe)
"With
a sincere heart, I ask others to forgive me, for any action or inaction
that caused real or perceived harm to myself or anyone else, in this lifetime
and in all lifetimes, in this dimension and in all dimensions. From the deepest
part of my being, I ask others to forgive me. (Breathe) I ask others to forgive
me. (Breathe) I ask others to forgive me, NOW. " (Breathe)
"With
a sincere heart, I forgive others, in this lifetime and in all lifetimes,
in this dimension and in all dimensions, for anything that caused harm to those
I care most about, harm to myself, harm to others of my community or country,
and Mother Earth. From the deepest part of my being, even when it's hard, even
if my body-mind doesn’t want to, I release us both through forgiveness. From
the deepest part of my being, I forgive you. (Breathe) I forgive you. (Breathe)
I forgive you, NOW. (Breathe) I release you, (Breathe) I release you, (Breathe)
I release you, NOW, and free myself for all time." (Breathe)
We recommend
this at least once a week for several weeks until there is a sense of release
and clearing.
