TRANSCENDING and ASCENDING

As I was awakening this morning, I remarked to myself, “Challenging times!” (I was referring to my own life and not the world in general.) And, then I was reminded that I can transcend “challenging times.” Already knew this, but needed that reminder. So, I spoke the words, “I decree and declare I AM transcending the challenges and ascending to vibrate in harmony with effortless ease--now.” Felt an immediate shift and proceeded to make some similar affirmations aloud. Here are some more I recommend (and I’ll add the one in this paragraph to the end of the following paragraph for convenience of the reader):
I AM transcending sorrow and grief and ascending to vibrate in harmony with joy—now.” “I AM transcending the lower octaves of creation and ascending to vibrate in harmony with the higher octaves of creation—now.” “I AM transcending lack and ascending to vibrate in harmony with plenty--now.” “I AM transcending disease and ascending to vibrate in harmony with wellness and wellbeing--now.” “I AM transcending turbulence and ascending to vibrate in harmony with peace--now.” “I AM transcending blockages and ascending to vibrate in harmony with flow—now.” “I AM transcending heaviness and ascending to vibrate in harmony with lightness—now.” “I AM transcending the challenges and ascending to vibrate in harmony with effortless ease--now.”
Here's another version: “I AM [your name], and I decree and declare I AM choosing to transcend [_____] and ascending to vibrate in sync with [_____]—on a full and permanent basis--now.” Mix and match the two versions until you have what you feel more comfortable with.
Transcending is an important part of this recipe for a frequency shift. However, sometimes you can just speak, “I AM ascending to vibrate in harmony with [_____]—now.” Here are some suggestions for the blank (and the reader may think of others): “my highest awareness in creation,” “my source soul,” “Christ consciousness,” “my angelic expressions,” “wellness and wellbeing.”
I have much experience with the speaking the word and sensing shifts and getting results. However, I do recognize that people with little to no experience may need some practice with transcending and ascending consciously and intentionally by speaking the word.
