We have posted about this subject on this site heretofore. We are revisiting the topic at this time due to the preponderance of such attacks that individuals have reported in recent weeks through Internet groups and in personal e-mails.
We will begin with the adage, "What you focus on expands." Indeed, it can be challenging to place one's focus upon more pleasant matters when one perceives one's self under psychic attack (which can be something else entirely, by the way), but it can be done when one perseveres. Another method of dealing with such issues is extending love and compassion from the heart center to the entities and energies engaged in such activities. Love can be disarming in many cases. Ihaleakala Hew Len and his "Ho'oponopono healing technique" treats such things with the words, "I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you." And, according to Len (as he is called), it's okay to substitute "I apologize" for "I'm sorry" (something I strongly support). Obviously, speaking these words (silently or aloud) over and over again--not just once--is required.
There are other, more detailed ways of dealing with psychic attacks and related matters which we share in handout form with those who support this Love Work. Focusing on increasing one's Frequency Resonance Vibration (FRV) can do a great deal to alleviate such conditions. There are things one can do to increase one's FRV, just as there are some things that lower it. We have posted about this previously. Raising one's consciousness can be effective. One can use the Ladder of Consciousness model or just use one's focused intent to expand into higher consciousness and higher love. Many times the attackers cease to negatively impact one who moves out of range in such ways, although one may still sense the perpetrators around.
Unfortunately, a great deal of damage can be done by psychic attacks, and restructuring of energy centers/chakras and energy bodies, etc. is required so that one will not be easily accessed by these entity agents of those with ill intent. Obviously, failure to do so can be detrimental to one's wellbeing. (This is included in the clearing-healing process we provide.)
In summary, increasing the Frequency Resonance Vibration and expanding into higher consciousness are to be given "equal time" as psychic self-defense rather than focusing exclusively on the self-defense (as many do). And making the needed repairs to damaged components is critical to decreasing one's vulnerability. Most importantly, establishing a strong, clear connection and communion with one's "divine support team" is the very first priority (and we can assist in so doing, of course).
