Listening to classical waltzes on one of my YouTube play lists featuring classical waltzes uplift me. Of course, there are the interruptions of commercials from time to time.  After all, YouTube has to pay the bills.

This morning, while deeply into reading and posting and commenting on Facebook, one of those commercials, interrupted the music.  I don’t mind the short ones, and I hoped this one would be.  No such luck!  It went on and on and on until I realized the subject matter was about high cholesterol, blood pressure, strokes, etc.  Rude awakening!  I realized that my consciousness was being implanted by the same words being repeated over and over again (during the half-hour commercial promoting a book)—almost subliminally because my mind was focused elsewhere.

I put a stop to that!  But, silencing such broadcasts isn’t enough, people. Cover your bases by initiating the extraction of those implants.  You can focus on specific words that were the subject of the broadcast and/or were repeated over and over—in my case, they would include such as aneurysm, stroke, heart attack, etc.  

Here are some suggestions.  Just fill in the blanks with appropriate words:

“I Am [your name], and I rejoice and give thanks that I Am, we are extracting any and all implants of ________ and ________ and ________ [etc.] in my consciousness and transferring them to a secure holy healing place—now.”

“I Am [your name]. Please extract any and all implants of ________ and ________ and ________ [etc.] in my consciousness and transform them into 100% clear light—now.”

“I Am [your name], and I ask for the extracting of any and all implants of ________ and ________ and ________ [etc.] in my consciousness and their transferring into the Divine Violet flame for transformation—now.”

For general maintenance purposes, just replace specific words for the blanks with “any and all implants in my consciousness that are not aligned with my wellbeing.”

There are more I could suggest but, no doubt, readers already have their own preferred words to initiate clearing and healing.

Recently, while speaking by telephone with a supporter who had returned from a three-week, out-of-state vacation, I realized he had a few spirits aka life forms with him that did not belong.  I assumed they had wanted to come to Texas. [Smile.]  I had processed about twice as many spirits from him a couple weeks before he went on vacation. Rather than process the current spirit attachments for him, I encouraged him to learn to do it himself (since he seems to be one of those people who attract extraneous and superfluous spirits/life forms).  I wrote an email with instructions for releasing spirits/life forms that don’t belong with him.

[beginning of email] Pray for them. Someone on Facebook made a wise comment the other day, and I shared it, too. She wrote: “I learned there is always one thing you can do and that’s pray. Even if you don’t really believe in a God, you’re putting healing energy out into the universe and in the direction of those you care about.”

So, just deep breathe and get relaxed, and center in your heart chakra. Pray to your personal Divine, with sincere feeling in your heart, speaking slowly: "My Dear Divine, I ask you to transfer any and all spirits and life forms that don't belong with me to their rightful places in creation, now please.  Thank you."  Then just sit for a couple minutes, breathing deeply, before getting on with you day. 

It is very important to have a personal relationship with your Divine and to feel that Divine presence within you--referred to as "my Divine I Am presence within."

I'll check you in a week or so to see if they are any stragglers around and process them if that's the case. [end of email]

There are many other ways to transfer spirits/life forms from self and others to where they belong in creation.  A once-a-month spirit release is recommended for maintenance purposes.

Someone in a public forum was having little or no success with learning to meditate, mentioning a busy mind, etc.  Here is my response.

Might be helpful to back up and not focus on meditation until you become familiar with some other practices, such as breath practices, for starters, CONTROL AND CLEAR THOUGHTS: Close the left nostril with you finger and inhale through the right nostril. Hold for a count of 8 and then exhale through the same (right) nostril. Then close your right nostril with your finger and inhale through the left nostril. Hold for the count of 8 and then exhale through the same (left) nostril. Repeat as many times and on as many occasions as you feel necessary.

Here's another breath practice, CALMING & GROUNDING: Exhale to the count of 6. Hold to the count of 6. Inhale to the count of 4. Do not hold, but begin exhaling to the count of 6 immediately.

Programming the mind can be helpful. In this case, instruct yourself silently with these groups of words: "At-Ease" and "Re-lax" and "Quiet-Mind." One word or syllable on the inhale, the second word or syllable when exhaling.

After you have mastered the others and noticed a quieter mind, more at peace, practice the: NOTHINGNESS BREATH: Open your mouth slightly. Press gently and smoothly inward on your abdomen with your palms. Breathe out during a count to 6. Hold for a count of 2. Release smoothly and breathe in during a count to 6. Hold for a count of 2. Repeat this whole process 3 times. Drop your arms to your sides, and close your eyes if they are not already closed. Let go of everything and enjoy the state of “nothingness” for about 5 minutes or the time that feels right for you. Note:  Don’t do the mind programming during the Nothingness Breath. 

These assists are for beginners, but even experienced meditators can benefit from them.
