MANTRA: "DIVINE & I CAN! YES!"

Recently,
someone who had been under a lot of duress and pressure for weeks made several
comments to me that began with “I can’t.”
It
occurred to me to tell him/her to use the mantra, “Divine and I can! Yes!” (One can substitute Christ or God for Divine,
if preferred, but Divine is more inclusive.)
In this case, it is spoken aloud when possible. (Find a private spot
where you can be loud and firm with your voice.) A mantra is spoken over and over again (or repeated
silently). The person has already
reported feeling stronger and more centered after less than a day of using this
mantra.
If
you are experiencing difficulties that seem overwhelming, try repeating this
mantra many times throughout a 24-hour/one-day period of time.
