HOPE FOR THE NEW YEAR

Many
residents of Garland, Texas and Rowlett, Texas escaped harm from a tornado or tornadoes
on Saturday, the day after Christmas—some of us narrowly. And hundreds of homes in our area are
destroyed and damaged. Lives were lost, and people were injured. About half a mile from my location (as the
crow flies), eight people lost their lives on a high-rise highway interchange,
and others were severely injured. Their vehicles were picked up and tossed
around—some off the bridge down about fifty feet. I heard the tornado in between and over the
warning sirens of Mesquite, Texas--another Dallas suburb very close. And I sensed the tornado. One of the photos of
the damage and destruction published in the Dallas Morning News was of a throw
pillow with the words, “Trust God that you are exactly where you need to be.”
I
felt a little guilty for my gratitude that I and my family (two separate
locations) had escaped harm from the tornado(es) despite being dangerously
close because so many have been suffering. And I spent a lot of time “in bed” until
Wednesday (for I had been caring too much and taking on the negativity and pain
and suffering in our area, rather than remaining in witness mode, which is
preferred). Then, about noon on Wednesday,
I received two angelic visitors. Thanks to their ministrations, I arose,
feeling energetic and strong.
As
I was coming out of deep sleep early today (but before awakening) I saw, on my
mind screen, the word “HOPE” in big capital letters—white letters, but not
emblazoned as some word messages sometimes appear. The year 2016 is a nine year. In Esoteric Numerology,
some key words for a nine year are love, selflessness, compassion, patience,
universality, tolerance, selfless service, and endings. These words give me
hope for the new year.
