this time, the focus of the Angel-Light Team is to empower people—not rescue
people (with some exceptions, of course).
In that spirit, in recent weeks, we have been posting some of the basic “handout”
documents we provide (out of hundreds of handouts we share) to the ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ so they will be easy to find. We
recommend they be read and studied and applied in numerical order. This is #6.
If you have not read and applied the previous basic handouts, you may
not be able to put this one to its best use.
There are several aspects of spiritual self-care--energy movement in
specific ways, pressure points, and others.
This basic handout is about the power of your spoken word and working
with your Divine Support Team aka Angels aka Crew aka Staff, both of which are
discussed in two previous basic handouts.
I AM [your name], and I decree and declare I AM abiding on my
highest possible timeline--constantly, consistently, continuously, for the
duration--now.
I AM [your name], and I ask
and give thanks for the optimizing of the wellbeing of me and mine—on a full
and permanent basis—now.
I AM [your name], and I
give thanks that I AM, we are going clear, free and clear of all spirits,
entities, lifestreams, and souls that are not aligned with my wellbeing—with ease,
joy, glory, and permanence—now.
I AM [your name], and I
ask and give thanks for the decorrupting and decontaminating of my _____ [insert
words divided by semicolons separately]: etheric template; circuits, channels,
conduits, meridians, and pathways; spiritual immune system; physical immune
system; cellular templates, structural support system; organs and systems and
components; soul cord and soul cord pathway and soul seat; central vertical
channel; auric body; light body; bioenergetic field; energy wheel chakras; etheric
body; emotional body; mental body; astral body; etheric template body;
celestial body; causal body; overtones; inner room; upper room; assemblage
point] in a safe and healthy way—now please.
I AM [your name], and I
ask and give thanks for the optimizing of the integrity and wellbeing of my
_____ [insert words divided by semicolons separately]: etheric template;
circuits, channels, conduits, meridians, and pathways; spiritual immune system;
physical immune system; cellular templates, structural support system; organs
and systems and components; soul cord and soul cord pathway; central vertical
channel; auric body; light body; bioenergetic field; energy wheel chakras; etheric
body; emotional body; mental body; astral body; etheric template body;
celestial body; causal body; overtones; inner room; upper room; assemblage
point] in a safe and healthy way—now please.
I AM [your name], and I
ask and give thanks for the repairing of all damage to my person and healing of
all wounds to my person—in a safe and healthy way—now please.
Self-care is not about
doing something once and then you’re done.
It’s like automobiles, which require maintenance and repairs at various
points in their lives. Some apply the
basics above more often than others. People are different—different lifestyles,
different challenges, etc. Find what
works best for you over time and remember to thank your Team often.
