CLEARING ENERGY GARBAGE

I assume that every individual familiar with our ministry (through
reading or direct experiencing) knows about various ways of clearing what doesn’t
belong in the layers of the energy body—with and without the assistance of a
wellness facilitator. We’ll re-hash some
of what we’ve shared many times and add more in this article.
Whatever the method one uses (and several are recommended), it is
important to set one’s intention with the spoken word before proceeding. Every
long-term reader of the ♥Angel-Light
Beamer♥ articles
know that we emphasize the power of the spoken word. The following are some simple
“I AM” statements recommended for setting intention. Emphasize the “I AM” and the “NOW.”
I AM [NAME], and I AM releasing and clearing and disappearing what
is not mine to carry or to heal and returning it to its place of origin in
creation—NOW.
I AM [NAME]. In the name of the Light [and/or Christ], I decree
and declare I AM releasing all the pressure on my person in a safe and healthy
way—NOW.
I AM [NAME], and I AM clearing and cleaning all the garbage from
my energy body [and/or auric body] and burning it away—NOW.
I AM [NAME], and I AM clearing any and all baggage of all other
living persons from my person and sending it to Source—NOW.
I AM [NAME], and I AM releasing and dissipating all psychic weight
and emotional weight and mental weight I’m carrying—NOW.
I [NAME] decree and declare I Am clearing all energy that is
extraneous and superfluous from my energy bodies [and/or auric body] and sending
it to its rightful place in creation—NOW.
I AM [NAME]. In the name of the Light [and/or Christ], I decree
and declare I Am transmuting and transforming any and all psychic dirt and dark
clouds and dead energy and negative mass within and around this my embodiment into
100% light energy—NOW.
I AM opening and allowing Divine light energy to flow freely and
dynamically into and through and within and around every part and portion of my
being to eliminate all congestion and impactions and obstructions in a safe and
healthy way—NOW.
I AM [NAME], and I AM neutralizing and disabling and deactivating anything
and everything in all layers and at all levels of my being that is not aligned
with wellbeing and disappearing it all from my totality —NOW. [Note: This is the
most important.]
Feel free to mix and match.
And, throughout your day, shake your body (or at least move your arms
and hands, deep breathe, and affirm, “I Am energized. I Am vitalized.”
Note: We have shared
different methods of running energy through the bodies over the years, and
there isn’t space to include them here. We
recommend you do an internet search with the word “clearing your energy” and go
from there.
