Living as human on this plane of existence means there is no such thing as “once clear, always clear.” Earlier this month, we began easing into a type of releasing and clearing for our embodiment that has been very beneficial. It began because of an issue and expanded over time.Wrote a short article about it.  This article with similar title is longer and more in depth.

There is a body relaxation process that I have used off and on for many years. Since blue is a relaxing color (as opposed to red, which is stimulating, for example), medium blue light energy is used to relax the body.  Get comfortable, reclining or sitting. You’ll be taking a few slow, deep breaths before beginning and breathe slowly and deeply throughout.  Imagine a ball of blue light moving from beneath your feet to surround and fill your feet.  Instruct, “body, feet relax,” and then take a deep breath. Imagine the light expanding around and into your ankles and instruct, “body, ankles relax.”  Imagine the light expanding up and within the legs to the knees and instruct, “body, calves, lower legs, relax.”  Proceed until the entire body is filled with blue light.  It is not to instruct the specific inner parts in this process, but just to expand the blue light within as you move it up the body. Then expand the blue light out from your body about three feet (if you can get to that point without going to sleep).

As I was doing this body relaxation process one day, I found myself mentioning some specific organs and systems and components and changing my words to, “meridians [for example], relax, release, go clear, clear now.”  I spoke the words for each organ or system or component that came to mind as I continued to breathe as described above.  At some point over the last few weeks, I also began instructing “relax, release all negatives, go clear, clear now.”  With very high super sensory perception, I sometimes see what is being released. I’ve seen odds and ends of images and events, and have felt my body twitch and sometimes cough (which is common when releasing and clearing).  However, there were a few things that stand out, such as being hacked or beat to death in a jungle area near the Amazon River by a native with brown skin and shoulder-length, shiny black hair. Another event was walking down a road/street with someone and being hit and run over by a carriage.  That may have been the same incident where I was lying on the ground with a group of peasants or common European-appearing people (of at least 200 years ago and probably more) peering down at my person.   I assume these are body genetic memories, considering the clearing and releasing is focused on the body.  There are other types of physical body clearing and healing that have similar results.  A type of deep tissue massage comes to mind.

I eventually created a list of well over a hundred organs and systems and components to instruct to “relax, release all negatives, go clear, clear now.”     I don’t instruct them all in one sitting.  I’m to the point that I address whatever comes to mind or whatever areas I sense need attention.  Sometimes, I give the whole body instruction to “relax, release all _____ [negatives, hypertension, whatever], go clear, clear now” while breathing slowly and deeply (for general maintenance).

I want to add that I have an arrangement with my support team so that whenever anything is released from this embodiment, it is replaced with 100% pure light, and all that is cleared is processed appropriately. I recommend this arrangement.

Most important is appreciating and respecting and taking good care of your body.  Once you’re established that good relationship with your body, it isn’t too big a stretch to move into instructing your body and/or asking your body for information (the latter being for another article).

I’ve been reading in a book reporting cases of past life regression and future life progression today (and how the information recovered assisted in the people’s present lives).  I like to call the process “soul life exploration.”  When I read a person’s recall of being a healer in ancient Egypt and the secret healing places and advanced techniques used, I felt a connection of sorts and found myself closing the book and closing my eyes.

I don’t necessarily think what happened next is related to what I had been reading but, rather, that what I had been reading inspired what happened.  I was already centered and relaxed more than usual.  I began to deep breathe and focusing on different parts of my body as they came to mind, repeating: “Relax [body part], go clear.”  Often, when I thought I was done, another body part or system came to mind. I was surprised to see (faintly) people pulling what appeared to be square tiles out of my body and making adjustments. Perhaps it was my etheric body, which is the layer of the auric body nearest the physical body where many “psychic surgeries” and adjustments are performed (and implants installed, for that matter). Perhaps the “square tiles” were actually some sort of healing devices or implants. I don’t know for sure. I suspect it was a life in ancient Egypt, but I don’t even know that for sure.  When facilitating for others in this life, I have seen the support teams of others and our collective doing work on their behalf with results in present time.  Normally, I don’t go into that much detail when relaxing the body, and I’ve rarely added the clear part to the relaxation process over the years.

I’m not going to spend time to analyze what happened today. Just reporting it here. Perhaps the information will be useful to one or more readers.

KEYS TO CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

Christ is a consciousness, a frequency, an offering to man from the Creator to align to. Christ is, in essence, the vibration of God as realized in man.  The Christ vibration does not belong to Christians. It is a frequency of consciousness that was manifested in form by Jesus and by others in different names over history. No one is without Christ consciousness; it has not bypassed anyone. Anybody is welcome to this consciousness and frequency. Any man, any woman, can be a conduit with the divine. Achieving this connection with the higher frequencies, starts by rejecting what might be termed low-frequency thinking. Your pride, your fear, your loathing of the self--these are the low frequencies that must disband, that must release, that must go away for good. If you believe things will always be the way they have been, that is what you will create. If you are vibrating at a higher frequency, you do not get zapped by the lower because, in fact, you have risen above it. Man cannot be put outside of God because God is everything. God is the frequency of every cell in your being. You are vibration. You are an aspect of the Creator in form. You are inherently perfect, manifested in perfection, that is your true state of being.  You all have the ability to be a tuning fork for the higher frequencies. When you set the intention to vibrate at a higher frequency, your frequency changes and the feeling in your energy field will actually shift. Your vibration will attune to a higher octave. Each time you progress in the higher frequency, you retain the information and the consciousness that you have come to. Christ consciousness represents a change in your own consciousness, a change in how you experience yourself on a moment-to-moment basis. You are changing your path to vibrate at one with your Christed Self. You are calling these energies to yourself. Once this change has been made, your feelings in your body will begin to shift as you begin to exist in a higher frequency. When your Divine Self works at a higher frequency, it doesn’t really get angry about anything. It integrates with the energies of love. True love is a frequency that is emitted and it transforms all it encounters. You will begin to witness the divine perfection that is in every man and woman you encounter. When you move to this level of identification, you resonate at a higher frequency. You align yourself to the Christ consciousness. You know that God is in everything and everyone and cannot be otherwise. When you resonate at this frequency, you bring those around you into the same frequency and align with the Christ consciousness. You are a benefit to all those you encounter. Your choice right now is to embark on this consciousness shift with a decision. These higher frequencies are already working within you. Believe you can lift your frequency and exist at this level and you will.

This month I’ve been reading John T. Mennella’s 2015 self-published book, “The Afterlife and the True Nature of Reality: The Quest for Answers to the Great Questions of Existence." There are four main questions the author attempts to answer in the book: (1) Where do we go after we die? Where do we come from before we are born? (2) Why are we here? (3) What is the true nature of reality? (4) What role do we play in the formation and process of reality?

In Sections 8.2 and 8.3 on pages 80 to 82, Mennella discusses evil and soul-less humans. I’ll excerpt some words and then give an opinion.

What we call “evil” appears to be the result of an innate corruption associated with the personality that inhabits human bodies independent of the soul; if the soul merging with a human host body cannot gain effective control over the innate personality and tame it (if you will), then the corrupt aspects of the host personality will “contaminate” the soul, with the result that the body-soul hybrid will indulge in what we call “evil” acts. It seems that one of the primary missions and responsibilities of a soul incarnating on Earth is to master or subjugate the intrinsic body personality and establish a degree of control by creating a situation where the soul’s positive qualities of morality, ethics, and love will offset the more base tendencies of the physical body and thus deter it from engaging in aberrant, destructive behavior. When a soul fails in this mission, it not only is held responsible (from a karma perspective) for the destructive acts committed by the body, but also the soul’s energy can literally be damaged or contaminated by those actions. In such cases, depending upon the degree of damage or contamination, the soul returning to the Spirit Realm might require a period of quarantine or isolation during which time the soul’s energy undergoes special restorative treatment.”  He cites Dr. Michael Newton’s research published in “Journey of Souls” and “Destiny of Souls” and Dolores Cannon’s 1993 book “Between Death and Life” (one of several Cannon books).  

Mennella goes on to comment: We often describe the kind of person who commits these more extreme acts of evil as being ”soul-less,” for it clearly seems to be the case that such people possess no conscience, no sense of right and wrong, no compassion or empathy, and no sense of guilt or shame. They truly appear to be without a soul. In a way, I think the “soul-less” theory is very close to the truth.

The author reports that the Life Between Life (LBL) literature suggests that there is a host personality already present in the human body before a soul from the Spirit Realm takes up residence beside it, and it is the responsibility of the soul to merge with that preexisting personality and gain control over it.

He adds:  Consider a situation in which a soul enters a body and is incapable of exerting sufficient control over the host personality. Eventually the host personality subjugates the soul and gains full control over the human being. At that point, the soul is either ejected from the body, or else it is fully suppressed within the body.

He concludes the Chapter 9 with:  I’m not yet ready to say that I’m totally convinced the above theory explains evil, but I think it is a plausible thesis that deserves consideration.

Yes, I agree it deserves consideration, and it may often happen in such a way as more fully described in the appropriate sections of the book than included in this article.  However, based on my experience as a healing/wellbeing facilitator over thirty years of time and reading of the research of professionals who have published their research on the subject, it is definitely not the whole story. It also happens that wayward spirits roaming the astral realm, often called “lost souls” (and which I usually call “foreign negatives”—a term which casts a broad net) hijack the body and displace soul to varying degrees. There can be a sort of “tug-of-war,” back and forth between the hijacker and the soul.

The hijacking of the body by foreign negatives with “evil” intentions is only a small part of the subject of soul dynamics, but discussing other scenarios is not the subject of this article.

Don’t want to end this without recommending John T. Mennella’s "The Afterlife and the True Nature of Reality: The Quest for Answers to the Great Questions of Existence” to readers with the caveat that it is not for the beginner or elementary or even middle school spiritual seeker of knowledge. Advanced high school level readers and those spiritual seekers in one of the four years of college/university, so to speak, will be able to learn from it and appreciate it.  

This book is a big one. There are 361 pages, single-spaced, soft cover, with a 1” spine, 10” in length, and 7” wide, with four parts and 22 chapters.  Yet, it is designed in such a way to be readable and, one can choose which chapters to read when.  Personally, I left off the two chapters about mathematics (an area of expertise of the author) and physics until I had read the other chapters, doubting that I would ever read the math chapter and knowing I would read the physics chapter because I know a little about physics. I didn’t give myself enough credit because when I read those two chapters, they are so clear that I understood better than I expected.

Great read!  I recommend it.
