A big smile came across my face as my heart smiled this
morning when I saw an article shared by www.woowoomedia.com: “11 Tips for Empaths” by Michele Cornacchia.
It wasn’t the article name that made me smile, but the name of Michele’s website: www.Iammysoul.com. So often do we counsel to identify with and
embody one’s Soul Self! Here are some of the words of Michele on her
home page: “We are not our bodies. We are energy. We are consciousness.
Something very subtle, shapeless and abstract. We use our bodies to experience
and express ourselves into a physical environment or the third dimension. This requires
a paradigm change as we redefine ourselves, realign to and remember our real
identity as spiritual beings, bringing this knowledge and awareness into our
everyday life. Gradual transformation of the ego, our identification with the
body, and the personality that comes with it, healing all our old traumas,
forgiving, reprogramming our mind accordingly to what is the real nature of the
reality we are living in, and ultimately loving ourselves unconditionally are
all things that allow us to embody the highest version of ourselves. Being the
real multidimensional-you, and grounding your Godly frequency to Earth . . .”
One of my soul affirmations is: “I Am Angel-Light. I Am Soul. I Am Light
Divine. I Am The I Am That I Am.” That
affirmation helps optimize Soul residency in the human body-mind unit. I like to begin all affirmations and decrees
with, “I Am Angel-Light, a sovereign Soul.”
Just substitute your name for mine.
Keeping the soul seat (pineal gland) free and clear of
interference and blockages is crucial, and keeping the channels, circuits,
