I normally do not recommend a book I have not read; however, “Supercharged Self Healing: A Revolutionary Guide to Access High-Frequency States of Consciousness That Rejuvenate and Repair” (RJ Spina, 2021, Llewellyn Publications) is an exception. This book has been recommended by two bloggers I respect and resonate with, and a trusted friend based in the UK. By the time I decided to order a copy, I discovered I already had placed it on my Amazon wish list. (Didn’t remember doing that.) I also had begun watching YouTube programs with the author as featured guest and already knew that his teachings were very compatible with my reality.
First, about the author (from the book cover): RJ Spina (www.AscendTheFrequencies.com) is a metaphysical teacher and healer who overcame chest-down paralysis, diabetes, pancreatitis, Hashimoto’s disease, and several other serious illnesses. He offers healing, counseling, meditation, and self-realization instruction throughout the world. RJ currently lives in San Diego, California.
Take a look at the contents of “Supercharged Self Healing.” Part 1, “The Fundamentals of the ATFHT” [short for Ascend the Frequencies Healing Technique), has three chapters: “Understanding the Invincible, Total You,” “Let Go of Belief and Access the Magic of Your Imagination,” and “Make Use of the Four Directions of Consciousness.”
Part 2, titled “Ascend the Frequencies Healing Technique (ATFHT),” covers his seven-step system that “guides you through “the process of energetic attunement and neural rewiring to support your wellness goals.” The steps are: “Access Your True Essence.” “Know Specifically What You Are Going to Achieve.” “Activate Your Healing Intention.” “Command Creator Consciousness.” “Channel Intelligent Energy Into the Body.” “Turn Off the Program of Illness.” “Use the Power of the Spoken Word.”
The Conclusion is titled, “Maintain Your New Pattern of Harmony through Continued Practice.” There is an Appendix, “Fasting as It Relates to Turning Off the Program of Illness.” Also included is a sizeable Glossary which will, no doubt, be useful to the average reader, as will the six figures, which are “Post-Surgical Notes,” “Seven Chakras,” “Twelve Chakras,” “Spine and Chakras,” “Auric Layers,” “The Tenth Frequency and Beyond.’
Some readers will recognize that we the Angel-Light Collective/Team practice and recommend commanding what the author calls “creator consciousness.” How many times has the power of the spoken word been the subject of ♥Angel-Light Beamer♥ articles and included in other articles on the site? Channeling “intelligent energy”? Same energy we channel into and through our person—just different label/name. We practice neutralizing, disabling, deactivating, and deleting programs of various types, including illnesses and disease by name. We’ve emphasized setting intent so many times over the years. I have only flipped in and out of the book briefly before writing this blog article, but it seems there are more similarities.
